Pretty clean and easy to understand video, thank you for your time and efforts.
But I only have one question that I haven’t gotten answer to, after you finish your arcane surge burst, your arcane blast + barrage to trigger magi spark, you will end up with maybe 2-3 clear casting, u use orb and arcane missiles to build 4 charges and use barrage after and then you end up with 1x NP buff with 0 arcane charges and maybe 2x clear Casting, in that situation you cannot use arcane explosion to build charges because you will kill your clear casting procs, but I noticed in your video you used 2x arcane missiles in a row to build to 4 charges and then arcane barrage after to dump them.
Is this the correct way of dealing with this situation? To overlap clear casting procs to build to 4 charges ?
Sorry to ask this but I just want to understand that is it better to double arcane missiles even if you don’t use each NP buff cuz you need to continue aoeing.
if we don't get enough arcane charges from the first missiles its okay to use the 2nd one, casting AB with low charges is really bad during Touch
we are very similar but i find taking charged Orb over energy reconstitution is better unless they change it to give you Arcane charges with that explosion. nice gameplay

This was much easier to follow than some guides! In AOE are you just blowing Barrage as it has stacks and building charges with Explosion and not casting Blast at all?
Thanks! yea for AOE you only cast 1 blast during TOTM to proc Magi's spark. Build charges with AE, use clearcasting procs on Arcane Missiles if at 2 or lesser charges, spend with barrage!

Hello, why are you playing Static cloud? everyone by their logs is playing eureka?

It's still unclear which flex point is better, especially when Sims are not working for prepatch at the moment. The choices are Eureka, Static Cloud, Reverberate, (Big brained is bugged). Eureka used to be 25% but nerfed to 10% which is pretty weak.
I will play either static cloud or reverberate in the meantime, big brain will be the correct choice when the next build for Live is in.

you do a good job of keeping your arcane tempo up on single target, how do you do that?
I actually only just updated my UI to track arcane tempo more easily, wasn't tracking it properly in this video. But usually as long as you don't get unlucky with clearcasting procs which allows you to barrage more, keeping tempo up shouldn't be a huge issue.
where could we get the WA's? specifically the 2 and 4 set procs for aoe missiles
the AOE missiles is now a talent instead of tier
I'm pretty new to arcane mage so excuse this question if its super nooby. How come you dont touch of magic before arcane surge? Wouldnt you want the surge to add to the magi damage explosion?
It's a common question people ask! Arcane surge is casted to give us a spell damage buff and has a long cast time so it is not worth casting during ToTM.

Yes, the arcane orb is only to build charges :)
Best Arcane guide I found including web based ones. A question pls: I noticed on ST you do not dump arcane charges immediately with arcane barrage but you do like a mini burn phase. How do you decide that? and when do you stop and reset with arcane barage? thx in advance.
Thank you! Generally in ST we only dump with Barrage only when either Arcane orb or Clearcasting is available, arcane missiles give us charges now(high voltage) so that's what we use to build Arcane charges back.
In situations where u have like 3-4 mobs, what do you do, I end up doing shit dmg when the pull is small
if its a new pack It's the same rotation with your burst, if the mobs are dying you can just do your aoe filler and save your cds for the next pack. always send your 2nd touch of magi though when your arcane surge is on cd
