I get what you’re saying, but you’re operating under what getting ANY Michelin Stars means NOW. When they first rolled it out, serviceable was the definition. Obviously, it is what it is now, and getting any star means the restaurant is one of the best in the world.

It is. I used to live in this neighborhood. Moved about 30 minutes east and I seriously miss this place. Always grab a pie when I stop by the old neighborhood.
