You were so close with the little stick. It’s a tool, not a character accessory. It goes into the hole you pointed out in the head to help pop out the hat or headpiece.

all the androids(and Cell) are scaled way smaller for some reason compared to frieza/buu saga villains. really dumb that they didn't update the sizes when making some of the newer ones like this guy, 16, and Cell.

Overall the figure is just disappointing to me. The engineering is just so bad imo. That knee articulation is HIDEOUS and the shoulder articulation seems so unnecessary. They’ve done puffy and chubby characters so much better in the past. Plus he’s way too undersized.
