The experience changes a lot if you fly the 800 vs the 900 which is the newer one, however, be mindful that they sometimes change the airplanes without notice, I fly this route regularly and found that seats in row 5 are the best for me on the 900, however if they change the plane which happened to me once, its one of the worst seats on the plane, so always book in the first three rows just in case they change the plane.
Aeroméxico lounges in their home city, México city are much worse than the one in this video. Overcrowded, paltry food and comfort. I've been to all 3 lounges there. I flew business from Tijuana to Mérida in 2 segments. The first was atrocious. Bad seats. People in economy would just come up and sit in first class and the fa didn't mind. 2nd segment had lie flat business. Still very meh hard product wise.
Good to see what Aeromexico looks like. I am planning this same trip in the near future. Definitely, B789 seats look a lot better. Food looks bland, nothing special… I hope it tasted better than it looked. I realized you only gave 3/5 to the crew, were they very robotic? Thanks, Markus! Keep them coming.
The crew on this flight was not very service minded and only showed up when they thought necessary. Plan for the 789, but expect it can be changed to 788. That’s what happened to me. Thanks for watching!

I flew from NYC to CDMX and it was a big dreamliner. I booked because my dog was flying with me and they allow dogs in the cabin. But... they switched the airplane to one of those dangerous Boing MAX and that was it. All the extra money I paid was wasted. It seems that the airplane you show is one of those ugIy scary Boing MAX.

Even though I know Aeromexico has room for improvement, in its Long haul routes is very good, so I think 16-25 is not fair

Yes, heavy bird. Very full flight, and a lot of cargo MAD-MEX.
