What advice in particular besides the fruits and vegetables so I can take note in the future. I honestly didn't know he has bestowed wisdom upon us. I shall pay closer attention in future episodes and will certainly replay older ones for the answers I have been searching for!
@@mialily206 well, my favorite one piece of advice was when he says or when the printout comes out and says do not try this yourself you know just stuff like that because to be honest, I probably would’ve tried doing something like that being a nut job that I can be sometimes but I highly respect him for giving that type of advice because I’ve taken it. 😉

Pickled ginger, smoked salmon, wasabi & soy. Match made in heaven. I would make an entire plate of that on Sunday brunch at the Grand Aleutian in dutch harbor as my entrée.

Lol I did the exact opposite before joel I would always save the veggies for last and sneak them to the dog under the table but now after joel I get my kids distracted and those go first now 😂 which I then say to my boys oh my those were good boys remember to eat your veggies first and they think I did so they do 🙂 thanks joel! Yellow tail, tako, Izumidai, and salmon are some of my favourites. I love them all as sashimi especially yellowtail and tako. My favourite roll however is the spider roll and spicy tuna rolls

They add sriracha sauce to older fish to reduce waste. That’s why spicy rolls exist.

Favorite roll is deff the Philly roll with avocado. So it’s smoked salmon, cream cheese & avocado! And for all you can eat I love doing a smoked salmon slice on top. So worth it 😊
