NON EPILEPTIC ATTACK DISORDER - MY DIAGNOSIS

So around two years ago I was diagnosed with the non epileptic attack disorder. It was a very scary time for me as I was not sure as to what was going on and I didn't like it. I was having four attacks a day which was tiring and scary but now I have gone longer than a year without an attack which I see as a big achievement.
