I love this mod, but there are so many parts where you just get stuck and don't know what to do. Having this guide pulled up during my run through helped a lot.
The bad cop chapter really makes me question if they ever even playtested this game. Specially when they just show you the stalker and offer you a crate full of energy orbs
Now when I look at this, Entropy Zero 2 was a HUGE Improvement and connects occurences from the half life series. Very much lore that connects with eachother. Whats even cooler is that you stumble into abandoned aperture science facilities! The improvements that are really cool: New weapons, New anims for the weapons, Extremely detailed maps, Improved AI, More cutscenes, New NPCs, actually includes the bullsquid which failed to exist in half life 2, hl2 ep1, and hl2 ep2. You can also drive and control the APC! I dont know what more improvements to list, there is so many. In conclusion, Entropy Zero 2 was a HUGE Improvement from the first game.
Bro I didn't realize you weren't supposed to kill the hunter cause somehow I got 2 of the energy balls from one shot to go into 2 of the receivers, so I had 1 energy ball left and insta killed the hunter 😂 good thing I saved before cause it's softlocks you
I honestly don't know if it's implied if the skeleton guy that wrote those messages on the walls in Chapter 2 died because we threw the grenade on that combine machine and now I kinda feel bad
i mean, honestly, do you think that would have completely disentegrated his skin, muscle, organs, and just leave his skeleton? The guy’s been there for a while.
i was not patient with this game, this really helped, thank you! entropy zero 2 is such a masterpiece, i wanted to finish this one before playing ez2 again
chapter 3 sucks rn for me, you did what i did by spamming E on everything lol, i had to watch this to see where to go. Also idk you could throw that gernade back into the hole, i shot the Ball from my gun into it and it blew open the door, and then the dude still threw a nade at me lol
lmao the nade killed me the first time, but the second time I somehow managed to block the back door from closing by spamming E XD, then I throw a nade into the hole and killed him
the game level design was atrocious. Chapter 3 made me waste so much time for an otherwise short game. Its damm dumb. be right back leaving negative review on this garbage

You should give Entropy Zero Uprising a try for 100 percent someday. It may just be the first episode, but it's still worth a playthrough since the devs behind EZ Uprising are making ep2 with the EZ2 SDK and have said that they will not be remaking the first episode with EZ2 assets. It's also seen as canon to the Entropy Zero continuity by most of the fans as well.
after have seen so many of HL2 fangames/mods where you shoot combines troops for the sake of the resistance, that was so refreshing to play someday one combine officer, who shoot at rebels fighters and vortigaunts this time. Entropy Zero was an excellent surprise When i played that game the first time three or four years ago. everything was spot-on the level design , the music and the enemy variety
Seriously what is with this game and "you will die if you don't know exactly what to do right here but we aren't even going to give you a hint" I've been stuck on the spinning laser puzzle with the slow down sickness for two fucking hours
Man, the last chapter is absolute slog to play through especially on hard difficulty. Thanks for this videos though, i got stuck many times not knowing where to go

Probably one of the worst Half Life 2 mods out there..... quite possibly the WORST puzzles in any videogame ever made. I'm just struggling through it tho because I heard the sequel is actually pretty good, and I don't want to miss any story elements. Anyway, tt least this walkthough makes the game possible to beat, thanks!
the heck. how come you dont get the sickness and massive slow debuff right before the stalker bossfight, is that part only for hard difficulty perhaps. Makes it so I cant dodge any shots and get mowed down. Edit: with the help of a drone for distraction and 3 smg grenades it worked out only just... EDIT 2: zomg I keep being able to end the fight but with the sickness killing me after the fight and it autosave when you win so its a guaranteed death loop
In the first part with batteries and this part 28:20 with grenade where i got now, why would anyone know what to do...? Its easy to make something non intuitive. It shouldnlt be made so people go watch walkthroughs on youtube.

you have to keep going into those vaccination chamber cylanders all around to keep from getting that debuff this game is dogshit
