People are like are not interested in those kind of games because not only they don't understand what are they saying is because the comic manga style cutscenes are just in my opinion just unnecessary for some kind of people are not interested in those kind of games with those art styles some people do care and some people don't because people want games with full realistic art style because we got the rise of AAA gaming like games with cinematic storytelling like red Dead redemption for example or other games with modern storytelling but with firewatch (2016) to prove that game has an amazing story and especially with its unique art style that is reminiscent of hello neighbor just show the show it doesn't matter which art style tells the best story it tells a modern storytelling

But gravity Rush needs help with guerilla games who develop horizon zero dawn and killzone needs to use decimal engine instead of that engine that used for the last two gravity rush games for the PS Vita and PS4

He had done this previously as he was the creator of Silent Hill as well but he left after the first game released then went and joined Japan Studio and made the PS2 Horror game series Siren then he left once again to go do Gravity Rush back in 2013 . He left Sony because he wants to follow a new direction and go back to his roots of Silent Hill. But he did mention that he would continue to work with Sony on his Old Franchises so its very well possible Gravity Rush isn't fully in the grave yet.
Always love how at 3:18 you can catch a glimpse of how much of Gravity Rush 2 they originally planned to have in GR1 when they already had the idol producer and Elektricitie pop up in those character flashes.
100's of characters are drawn up in development and they are usually selected on a vote which is more popular, so Kat and Raven would have had over 10 different choice designs, each being slightly different, hair style, profile colour, clothing etc. Elekricitie would have also been selected but put aside for either a future project or sequel if there was nowhere to fit her in. Lili Rochefort from Tekken was originally in concept for tekken 3 but didnt appear until Tekken 5's 2nd version

Same feeling here. I admit I bought the VITA for Wipeout, but Gravity Rush was for me the most memorable experience. The gyro controls were amazing, I was playing with my VITA like if I was in VR ! I can't understand how on PS4 you could have the same immersion as with the VITA with a fixed screen.

gravity rush 1 and 2 have one of the best soundtracks I ever heard! if there's a third game I hope for the love of God to works more on the stealth sections, the one especially in GR2 is really, Really bad.

3:22 Omg, I love the way the characters were animated here! Im not sure what this animation style is called, but i wish they had kept this for the character dialogue moments rather than the comic book style they went with. It would've added to the charm of the series.
it's called garbage... when you have a single picture and you rig it for whatever reason, flash games are always like that, It's excusable if you don't have budget

Really makes me wonder just how much more popular, polished and well known this series could've been had they released it on ps3 instead of the vita. Really sucks to know that most of the issues this game had had to do with the sudden development shift from one console to the other.
I wish Sony and Japan Studios would've gone through with releasing the first game for the PS3. I know the remaster exists, so it can be played on console now, but the physical release is so damn expensive now.

Those animations for the npc dialogue in the 2010 walk through bit reminded me alot of Bravely Default . this is an amazing find though.
