Hi there, thanks for sharing. I've got a few questions regarding microneedling. How much of your hair regrowth do you think could be attributed to MN or did you regrow most of your hair naturally through methods in this video? What MN depth did you use and are you still doing MN? Thanks again!
I'm not a fan of the keto diet per se, but 8 do agree we should absolutely minimize processed grains and sugars! And also maintain a minimum 12 hour fast between breakfast and dinner. As for ketoconazole, some people have now started saying it actually causes hair loss, so yall stay safe out there and find natural alternatives to treat your dandruff. One question though - I quit caffeine like you did but I recently find myself wanting a coffee cuppa and I'm not sure how I should curb it. Any tips? Thanks! Also your hair looks great
Hey bro, no I'm not that keen on Keto either... I'm losing a lot of gains on it tbh. Yea everything is so polarized these days that its hard to separate fake news from facts... I would honestly replace coffee with something else. Everytime you crave it maybe get a cup of green tea :) Thats what I did! Or even get a cup of sparkling water with ginger and lemon! Tastes super nice! Thank you for your kind words bro!
Your hair looks good, im 32, considering taking an all in one finasteride / minoxidil tablet once a day, i am about a norwood 4-5, i buzz my hair and i do look good, luckily im handsome, tall and a gym bro but everyone wants hair right, ill give this a go, thanks
I had a bad fungul infection dandruff and itching on my scalp for years and tried all the natural and dietary changes possible. Didnt do shit. Bought a bottle of 2 % Ketoconazol shampoo and used it for 4 weeks or so...havent had any scalp issues ever since and its been 8 years or so
Great video Victor as always 😀. Do you know any advice or tips how to get better sleep at nights, because i'm very struggling with sleeping. I wake up often at night and can't get back to sleep.
Hey bro I appreciate that 🙏🏼 one thing I can highly suggest is not using your phone or any electronics 30-45 minutes before bedtime. And to avoid waking up during night, don’t drink water 2 hours before going to sleep and try to pee as close to going to bed as possible. I also tape my mouth closed to make sure I don’t snore. I used to wake myself up as I snored 😂😂😂
Anytime I notice my hair looking less good It’s always surrounded by itch When I oiled my scalp with a mixture I made it was a lot of antifungal oils and it would stop I’ve now started back on the oiling so hopefully the itch will stop soon
Hello Victor, I have Started using Minoxidil 3months ago. I have lost lot of hair and at the beginning I have lot of dandruff in patches but now it's not so much. As I lost lot of hair, hairline on temples also went back. Is it normal to reduce hair line completely. My doctor don't explain anything like this, to take appointment for every side effect questions it's expensive about 100euro. Thanks for your reply. I will try this keto diet too
Hey bro, you will initially shed hair that will grow back. But if you are still losing hair i would suggest maybe getting on something life finasteride to make sure you are tackling the root cause to your hair loss. Minoxidil is great at strengthening existing hairs, but not at regrowing miniaturising hair due to DHT :)
@@victoremery thanks for the reply. I am using both since the beginning, as my skin is sensitive does Minoxidil create problems? I feel it like that.i have used only on the temples at the beginning and by time I am only seeing hair thinning and hairline change. Waiting to complete 6months or probably 10months to see the actual results.
@@FINAL-hy9mk Finastride working perfectly stopping hair loss. I am not regular on minoxidil, so i cannot say exactly but Finastride is very good but don't use without consulting doctor. There's a limit of use and sometimes you should not use.
@@abdulkhaveshaik8314 glad to know that you are happy with your results. I'm on my 1.5 month journey on using topical minoxidil 5% and finasteride 0.01%. But my hair loss is not getting stopped. So can you suggest me the oral finasteride brand which you are using.
His hair has never been super bad but he's young yet. I guess his generation does not like drugs but they've been out for 30 years. People have dropped like flues by taking them so they are safe in my opinion. Once a hair follicle dies completely there is way to get it back. Things like rogaine and finestride will preserve them until a real cure is found.. Just my opinion.
Lamisil is surely what kick started your male pattern baldness, that thing is poison for your hair. Had a perfect head of hair at age 33 until I took that evil drug. Kick started my balding , I have so much anxiety over it.
Yo bro! Thanks for your comment. I had male pattern baldness long before that. But I do think lamisil had no positive effect on my hair loss nonetheless 👍🏼
Can’t wait for your video on carnivore diet and the connection with hair loss/growth. Huge advocate of a holistic approach as I just started an animal based diet for the same reasons as yourself. Interested to see if I should lower my carbs
Hi victor! how are you doing today bro? im not sure if you read my last comment but after i stopped minoxidil and hair loss medication such as finasteride and derma rolling because minoxidil has side effects such as itchy scalp and flaking and did not get the best results also shaving it to a bald line and can not keep shaving it because its an addicting habit my hair started to regrow naturally after i researched off google saying it comes back in a myth? is that true bro? is the myth true? does hair grow back from the dead by accepting the balding and shaving it as well as stopping minoxidil and finasteride as well as derma rolling? please let me know in a response bro thanks
Whats up bro! I'm all good thanks for asking. I don't think hair magically just grows back... It depends on your condition for hair loss as well as the rate of hair loss. once the hair follicle is dead you cannot reactivate it... But I do think there should be a natural way to combat male pattern baldness which is what I'm trying to figure out. But I don't have a definitive answer for you yet. But I do believe in miracles and maybe your hair can start regrowing by you not stressing about your hair loss. Who knows :)
Yo bro I started using a derma roller and diluted rosemary oil to help my hair. Do u by any chance know if i should apply rosemary oil right after derma rolling or should I wait, if so how much?
DHT doesn't provoke hairloss , it is simply a hormone use by the human body to detox through the skin tissue accumulated toxins. What provokes hairloss is toxic blood from what you eat, breathe , drink , EMFs and emtional state. If you eat starches , or cooked plant in general, you will have inflammation. To reverse inflammation as long as you have not reached compelete degenerative state , you will have to consume animal foods raw or barely cooked , cleanse the blood by increasing blood plasma by adding sea salt in water . If your blood is not too toxic , you will experience not that much discomfort. You eye sight will improve, your body blood circulation too, because imcreasing blood minerals will kick in cellular hydration , as long as your inner body environment is non toxic because of toxic plants. Well obviously stay away from artificial or natural remedies. You have to put your body like that of matural humans and animals ,in ketogenic state , where your cells dont rely on plants for power , but animal fats and proteins.
@@sithounetsith9877 No correlation unfortunately. Our sensitivity to our androgen receptors change as we age, this sensitivity causes our hair thin once it comes in contact with DHT. So, for example you can have two 40 year old men with the same amount of DHT, but one is slick bald and the other has Ronald Reagan hair. This is because slick bald man is highly sensitive to DHT, while Ronald Reagan hair man is not sensitive to DHT.
@@Dropitib You think what you eat has no impact on hair ? My dude 😎 you are far away from the truth ! The more garbage you eat , the faster DHT will make you lose hair and the more toxicity you got in your blood . You think natural humans eating humans like Intuits have hair loss , chronic diseases and eye sight problems ,nope !
@@Dropitib Taking pharmaceuticals to stop hair loss will make your blood more polluted and will go faster to the grave my dude 😎. Try eat only meat mostly raw or rare , hydrate your body with water with natural sea salt , you will have to get used to getting rid of plants . The solution is free , and you don't need any bs artists selling you fake garbage .
