Exactly for example for those dumbasses putting the ten commandments up in schools. Paraphrasing: do not be hypocrites, do not be boastful and show off, pray to God in silence by yourself in private. Literally everything Jesus stands for like helping others, knowledge, healthcare etc. These people are against.
The only time Jesus ever really got mad or violent in the bible was against the Pharisees spreading false word and using it for power.
I believe part of the problem with that is the ambiguity as to what Jesus said about the Old Testament rules in his famous Sermon on the Mount. There are two schools of thought formed as to that intention: one where Jesus intends to break away from those laws and declare those said after him (The New Testament) to be the sole Laws of God, and the other school that said Jesus did not intend to break away from the Old Testament laws and he was there to enforce them. I encountered people who legitimately think Jesus preached that the Old Testament means no more to him and the Israelites that sparked my interest as to why...

And it's mainly because during the McCarthy era of demonizing socialists, communists etc, all media would do is spread that harmful messaging across the globe without and bias to it.
Then the left questioned the ethics of this, and should the media reporting what the person says without any pushback? Or a way to critique it? That's when the trend of dramatizing politics began again, (before this it was government propaganda).
And so they lifted that laws that enforced unbiased media, because people actually tend to love dramatized politics a lot more, which made the media companies more money, and forced others to become dishonest as well or else they would've been left in the dust by all these skyrocketing news outlets

So you're admitting it's biased, languishing in it blatantly? Your backers will lose the culture battle, and then we will look at these videos in future as a symptom of a ridiculous social phenomenon.
@@Philip_Taylor Bias is unavoidable. Even plain information with no commentary has a bias. I struggle to see the point this comment of yours is supposed to make.

Great video. Shared widely
That “you’re 0.1% of the way there” was chilling.
I hate this timeline 😭
I have to say I love how much JT has grown in his content creation. Having watched these videos from back when the space-cow was the main 'character' til now, it's really humbling and encouraging to see the channel take such leaps forward.
Oh, and yeah, fuck billionaires :D
No reason space cow can't come back for say, a billionaires in space episode
Actually in my Country, Norway, most of the media is skewed a bit to the left, not the right.
Same here in Australia.
Same in Germany
Mainstream media is left oriented, and never give conservatives fair coverage. MSM do their best to ignore or misrepresent the conservative voices, therefore the right need to create their own media. It is a response to the leftist supression and cancellation culture. Leftists just cant stand to hear an opposing opinion. To get their message out right leaning people have to create their own media.
Just as in the United States.
@@82ndaa31 In US. There are much more right wing media than in Norway. Much more.
A lot of people tend to confuse Democrat as left wing, when actually they are right wing, but less right wing than Republicans. If you're left wing in America you will likely vote Democrat, but it's not because it's a left wing party but because it's a lesser of two evils. If you can think of a problem with the Democrats then it's right wing qualities and not being far left as Republicans like to claim. America is right wing and even European countries with the most left wing policies tend to be centrists.
RUclips shorts is full of grift, even though I watch mostly left leaning stuff I still get tons of it fed to me
It’s very bizarre how often I get recommended smaller channels that are essentially always like a divorced dad uploading daily about how much he hates women and media that features a black person.
I think RUclips shorts are more of a unique problem as RUclips/Google have wasted money and time to implement a feature no one wants so now they are just trying to appeal to the lowest denominator to get people to actually use it. Instagram had a similar problem when they copied TikTok as well.
Yeah I saw brett cooper or something recommended to my 12 yr old sister who only watches like animation videos
It's all just "Bearded White Guy DEVOURS feminist and PATS HIS SUSPICIOUSLY HUMAN SHAPED STOMACH"
RUclips lets this sexist moral decay on their platforms because the manosphere is pro-capitalist and thus will sway public opinion to defend their egregious profits

This video was a challenging pill to swallow (so to speak). I'm a former conservative. Someone who followed many of the news outlets mentioned in this video. Its been a few months since I started waking up. But clicking on this video was difficult. I was ready to be triggered and mad in the comments. Instead I was met with a well prepared video. Nothing outright hateful or attacking of anyone. It was informative and helpful in inspecting my own beliefs. Thank you for making this video. I'll definitely share it with people who I think may be on the fence politically speaking.
Welcome aboard brother.

I mean you're very fortunate to have found this video, as it tells you directly how the machinations of state and government have been made completely fraudulent
I can relate to this. This was me a few years ago. I know the feeling. You feel like you'll be attacked lol. That's how strong propaganda, culture wars and tribalism had us in a headlock where you automatically think opposing views is an attack. I realized wow that's very koolaid drinking behavior. @@Eyeyamgod Exactly. I still enjoy get recommended some of those channels and occasionally I'll click one one. But watching them now. They just seem obsessed. Like I've always known that Fox News is controlled opposition (since they just say the opposite of CNN). But I wonder if all right wing talking heads are like that as well. There not proposing ideas for the sake of ideas. But rather as an attack on the specific views that liberals hold.
This is a good breakdown. I think since Reagan there's been a concerted effort by the 'far right' to use money and power in whatever way works to further their larger agenda and maintain power.
That sound like the left side to me

Anyone who looks can find there's a direct link between Scientology, Trump, and the techniques used by the right wing echosphere, who also tie to NXIVM (Elon promoted it) Epstein (Trump's bff for20+ years) and Saville, (who Brand idolised) and the Monarchy who (Shapiro and Piers Morgan defends). Tate dated Peterson's daughter and Elon went to the same Jesuit University as Trump, and Epstein hooked up Elon's brother, just like he did for Trump.
Trump's lawyer Alan Dershowitz said he was introduced to Epstein by Lynn de Forrester Rosschild.
Scientology is training these people in the tactics of brainwashing, basically what MK Ultra became, and probably run by the CIA, and Opus Dei, which is basically the same thing. Their principle strategy is Gaslighting.
Gaslighting, aka Grooming. Accusation in a mirror (AiM), mirror politics, mirror propaganda, mirror image propaganda, is a hate-speech incitement technique where one falsely attributes to one's adversaries the intentions that one has for oneself and/or the actions that one is in the process of enacting. It was used in Rwanda, Guatemala, Brazil, and Burma, each having ties to Mossad.
Trump, Barr, Bannon, Cippolone, Gore, Guiliani, Leo, Alito, Thomas, and Barrett are all Opus Dei. Trump trained alongside Epstein and Roger Stone under Roy Cohn, who used kids to blackmail politicians on behalf of Mossad. Cohn trained under Meyer Lansky, who trained under Hoover. Robert Mercer and Rupert Murdoch are both Knights of Malta.
Saville, Bezos, Gates, Koch, Rogan, Walsh, Crowder, Kirk, Fuentes, Dore, Knowles, Kulinksi, Ball, Iverson, Icke, Woods, Watson, Cernovich, Abbott, Jones, Robinson, Woods, Pool, Rubin, Peterson, Posobeic, Duke, Molyneux, Yilanopouse, Gionet, Richardson, Tillerson, Greene, Manaforte, Flynn, Ducey, Acosta, Attwood, Stone, Pence, Desantis, Meadows, Trump, Eastman, Black, Kerik, Melania, Barr, Bannon, Hawley, Gingrich, Abrams, Comey, Cuomo, Kerry, Abrams, Gore, Spencer, Blassio, Pompeo, Bolton, McCarthy, Nugent, Cruz, Rubio, Gaetz, Santos, Tucker, Gutfield, O'Reilly, Beck, Scarborough, Devos, Kasich, Mercer, Murdoch, Rosschild, Ingram, Kelly, Lake, Conway, Coulter, Huckabee, McEnany, Hannity, Spicer, Christie, Prager, Maher, Colbert, Corbett, Hayes, Biden, Harris, Fauci, Pelosi, Menendez, Pirro, Manchin, Cooper, Maddow, AOC, Newsom, Uyger, Dawkins, Hitchens, Hancock, Sitchin, Ventura, Morgan, Cowell, Farage, Johnson, May, Merkel, Blair, Cameron, Brown, Blair, Mogg, Benjamin, Trudeau, Putin, Bolsanaro, Stalin, Lenin, Tito, Trotsky, Hitler.
All Roman Catholic.
Special mentions (adjucants): Dawkins, Hitchens, Harris, Miller, Watters, Greenwad, Blumenthal, Maté, Camp, Brand, Loomer, Shapiro, Thatcher, Bush, Obama, Merkel, Greer, Summers, Silverstein, Adelson. Greenblatt. Wexner. Also Hindu Nationalists Ramaswamy, Tulsi, Haley, Hirsi, DeSouza, Modi etc.
Edward Snowden worked for Pentagon Comptroller Dov Zakheim and was bought to us by Glen Greenwald, who now rubs shoulders with Jesuit Agent Provocateurs Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan, whose mutual friend with Steven Crowder Brian Callen is the founder of Diligence, a spook Contractor to the CIA.
Julian Assange helped Roger Stone and the Trump Campaign in 2016, being the first to suggest challenging the outcome if he lost, and asking to be made the Australian ambassador to the US. Margeret Sunbyrne, the head of the Sun Worship Cult he was raised in was also protected by the CIA in the Australian Supreme Court, on grounds of "National Security" Trump paints himself Orange to represent Apollo.
Aleister Crowley inspired NXIvM and Manson, and was a master of mind control, his Protege L Ron Hubbard was the founder of Scientology, which uses the same mind control tactics displayed in right wing media.
They were also instrumental in Trump's conception as the Moon Child, born on a Super Wolf Blood Moon on June 14 700 days before the founding of Israel, who he gave sovereignty over the Golan heights on its 70th anniversary, and was inaugurated aged 70 years 7 months and 7 days old. June 14 is the birthday of Osiris, Known as the Day of the Pharoah.
Scientology uses the same tricks as Religion and Freemasonry, including isolation through strange acts (rituals/hazing) Gaslighting and intimadation, these can also be seen in right wing propaganda. Peterson's hero's journey comes from the transit of the moon through the zodiac, which is why they're called months.
Blame the victim:
The strategy is to make the aggressor's feelings the goalposts, everything is oriented around their needs and approval; a war of attrition using subjective language and logical fallacies such as incredulity, which amounts to disbelief, and acting as if this belief is something the victim is responsible for.
"Look what you made me do"
*In the context of child sexual abuse (CSA) the **_gaslighting_** is often used to convince the victim all the abusive behaviours are fine, normal and an expression of “love” (for eg Patriotism, Christianity, Service). It is used to ensure the victim doesn’t speak out about it and doesn’t fight back. It can also be used in concert with other **_grooming_** tactics like fear and isolation. Ultimately the aim is to legitimise a worldview that is detached from reality, and therefore arbitrary. Now they can call evil good and good evil*
*>>Trivializing:* *The victim’s feelings are made to feel like they don’t matter, are **_unfounded_** or they are weak for thinking so.* (woke/ lib/ groomer/ unamerican etc)
*>>Countering: This is quintessential gaslighting.* *They **_directly counter the memories and perceptions of the victim._*
*>>Repetitive Questions: The abusive partner makes the victim doubt what they think or feel by asking the same question multiple times.* by doing so they preemptively assume the role of an authority by virtue of being rude. The shock value is the whole point, it's the politics of Terrorism.
*>>Diverting: The abuser diverts the subject and puts the blame into outside circumstances.*
*>>No true Scotsman, or appeal to purity* is an informal fallacy in which one attempts to *protect their generalized statement from a falsifying counterexample* by trying to _exclude the counterexample_ improperly.
This is the Core of White Supremacist ideology.
*"What Others Say" (Appeal to Populism)*
The abuser tells the victim what other people "think" about the victim, the abuser and/or the situation on whole. Also known as an appeal to populism, the basis of Authoritarian Communism, and Cults, "if many believe it then it must be true" (whether people actually agree with the position and whether it is true or not). Bolshevism itself means "the Majority" and is no different to Fascist appeals to a "Moral Majority" Patriotism is a form of Authoritarian Communism.
Other than direct contradiction and disbelief other strategies for Gaslighting include Begging the Question, and the use of Strawman arguments; refuting a reframed argument *different from the one actually under discussion* while not recognizing or acknowledging the distinction.
Through the exercise of overwhelming a subject with countless contradicting premises and subjective terms a game of Pigeon Chess is played to deter criticism and break down a person's defences, until they no longer trust their own feelings, and rely solely on an outside source for direction. This is clearly demonstrated in the Maga cult, and is repeated in the convoluted dogma and magical thinking of Evangelism, New Age Spirituality, Ancient Aliens, and Graham Hancock. Always alluding to a secret to be revealed, but always in vague nebulous terms and undefined benefits of a far away place with no means to verify one way or the other.
"Trust me bro"
Effectively they all play the same role of an Enlightened Guru with deep understanding of life matters who can solve all your problems. It's likely no coincidence Reagan emptied the mental health services in the US, over half of those in Jail and living on the streets have undiagnosed ADHD.
Auyawasca and Psychotropics are also a staple in brainwashing, as is telling the target they've been brainwashed and that the Guru has the cure, right wing propaganda uses this language heavily by flipping the script and arguing they are the victims, that they're the ones being silenced and cancelled, that they oppose child abuse while also defending it, that the deep State is out to get them, when they're the Deep State and always have been.
Aleister Crowley was a big advocate of using Psychotropics to brainwash, just like the CIA, Opus Dei and MK Ultra.
Brand and Trump both use hand waving and holding them outspread in a "settle" gesture called pacing. They can also stare at an opponent, "asserting dominance" to put the target on the back foot and unsure how to respond. Peterson does this a lot, along with rapid fire speech, and using an insulting or demanding tone. By using these tactics as well as loaded language (Newspeak) and inference (plausible deniability) only to move the goalposts and reframe when challenged.
Trump's Mentor Roy Cohn admitted to using kids to blackmail politicians on behalf of israel, and trained under him alongside Epstein and Roger Stone. Trump's Jesuit mentor was Norman Vincent Peale, a 33rd degree Master Freemason. He was born June 14 during a Super Wolf Blood Moon to Fred Christ and Mary McKleod, he keeps a book of Hitler's speeches called _My New Order_ and uses it verbatim at his rallies. The Von Drumph family come from the same place as Hitler, Vienna Bavaria, Capital of the Holy Roman Empire. He paints himself Orange to represent Apollo; the Dawnbringer of Aleister Crowley's Golden Dawn. Jamal Kashoggi's Mossad brother Adnan sold Trump a Superyacht for Russian Roman Abromavich, who was also paying Boris and Farage for Brexit. Most of israel's govt are non religious Russians.

I actually was trying to figure out, how their is so much left wing media and this video popped up lol
Here in Australia, our overwhelmingly right-wing mainstream media skews what might be considered to be a "middle ground" position. Entirely rational and evidence based positions or options become "radical" or "extreme", because of the skewing.
Yeah I had a few encounters with right wing media from Australia… they are painful to watch
ehh not exactly. Sky at Night is as right wing as FOX News but they only play for a few hours, not a full 24 hour cycle. They also don't have anything like the support the GOP has in the US. We have it bad, but our voting system tends to moderate everything. Its hard to get a Trump like character to win across the board.. when Palmer did it he had to pretend to be a reformist moderate.
If you are on the extreme Left, everything else seems like Nazis. Australian media is as left wing as it gets.
@nerag7459 sky news australia is right wing all day long. Not just at night lol. It's owned by Rupert Murdoch, the same person who owns Fox News.

I've considered myself a liberal and progressive and left-wing since I learned the terms. Bernie's said he's not a liberal but a progressive... the left says they're not liberal or progressive. I have no idea what anything is now.
@@watamatafoyu It depends from whoch country you look at it. America is very far right in its politics. Both democrats and conservatives are right wing. American liberals would be considered right wing in just about every country.
So Bernie would be a liberal pretty much everywhere else since he advocates for social democracy, which is still inherently right wing as it favors capitalism.
@@Purpletrident I'm only talking about people in the US of A talking about people in the US of A.
@wadderfock I understand your frustration. The Corporate "news" Media has done the United States no favors by screwing up definitions of terms. I just look at it this way. The Democratic party, and "the left wing" of America, can be broken down to three elements.
1. Neo-Liberal : A majority of people who consider themselves "the left". Capitalists. Authoritarian in nature, with regards to War, Law Enforcement, and Economic Policy. They virtue signal at minorities, but they have no political policies to benefit minorities, because they are Capitalists at heart. Something like what we used to call "Blue Dog Democrats". aka Right Wing Democrats.
2. Progressive : Bernie Sanders, and about 30% of Democratic voters. A hybrid of Capitalism and Socialism. Similar to most first-world countries who embrace political policies that actually benefit 95% of the population, with government serving the people. Boiled down to its most pure form, Progressives promote Food, Shelter, Education, and Health for ALL Americans. Progressives want to forge those four basic portions of American life into a pact with humanity that act as if they are Constitutional Rights.
aka Centrist Democrats.
3. Green : Real "leftists", who reject Capitalism as destructive to the human condition. Totally anti-authoritarian. Basically, "Marxists", in the most pure version of the word. People who would, if they could, cast off the shackles and oppression of freedom by the government, in favor of a society where everyone shares in resources. The type of person who understands their personal impact upon Planet Earth, and they adjust their life to mitigate the impact. The kind of person who will host a community garden. The kind of person who donates their time to helping others, such as Meals on Wheels for the elderly. aka Left Wing Democrats.
Of course there are crossovers between the three major factions. But every American falls into one of the three major categories of leftism.
@@watamatafoyuA left winger is anti capitalist. A liberal is not. A progressive is simply the most left wing sounding label you can use in the US mainstream without being called a commie. If you are lucky

Confirmation bias is a thing that pays: it pays on the right and it pays on the left. And since many still think in a, “left vs right” or “us vs them” mindset, the powers that be keep shoving it down their throats and getting paid. It’s even more confusing when ppl who claim to care about truth and research ignore peer reviewed research that shows just how dangerous the, “it’s all their fault” mindset has become on the right and left.
Like imagine if instead of blaming “sleepy Joe” or “devil Republicans” all over the internet for food insecurity, neighbors said screw the media, actually went outside right now and talked with each other. They discover that some in the community have been struggling with food so a group of ppl decide to do something like turn some of their lawn space into dedicated food gardens and start supplying neighbors with food to help with insecurity, fight grocery inflation, and bring the community closer. But too many people don’t seek solutions, they seek validation for their opinions. At times, it feels like we spend more time watching think pieces than actually thinking, watching news rather than making news.
I love this comment. Well said sir.
Ay. As someone (thankfully) far from the US and with distaste of politics in general, it amazes me how similar these bubbles are. Pick any video blind, and you couldn't tell who the commenters are advocating for besides those who straight says it. All the talking points, all the arguments, all the slander and insults. All practically identical. How long does it take for people to realize that the sides aren't right and left, but those who try to unite and those who try to separate. The polarization is the problem, not right nor left. Right and left are equally important and equally need each other in order to find solutions to problems. Someone is driving to hell while lefties and right wingers are the slow kids eating snot and fighting about wether to go to KFC or McD. I wouldn't give a shit, but this idiocy is contagious and floods out of the US, which kinda forces me to care. "Americans are dumb" stereotype doesn't come from nowhere, as all stereotypes. Why the hell the urge to copy them in every batshit crazy thing they get in their heads. I don't even know where I'm coming or going with this rant. I'm just frustrated of the sheer stupidity of political commentators, activists and all those who think "I can them politics too!" now that someone has fed the phrases to them. Each time you have the urge to say or type "far left this" or "far right this", think about growing a fucking brain instead. It's hard, I know. Is it worth it though? Maybe. Worth a shot, I'd say.
This comment is very insightful and also just shows what you’re saying is true: It only has 11 likes when I read this. Meanwhile, some of the high confirmation biased, in some cases quite hateful comments, have 700+ likes.
Yea people don't gonoutside and get to meet their neighbors because of the opinions political media pushes on you, like right wingers are afraid of minorities, they go down rabbitholes where they are shown mknorities being ignorant or clmmiting crimes, and they adapt a hatefull mentality, that won't let them sincerly connect with other people.
Anti-immigration is kind of a misnomer in my opinion. As a Swiss guy (white) living and going to school in the US, I sometimes get the pleasure of talking to conservatives. They will rant about immigration being bad and whatnot, without realizing that I am in the process of obtaining a green card, making me an immigrant. They don't dislike immigrants, they dislike non-white immigrants. This also generally tracks with what I hear from other international students at my school, who are living a very different experience from me. If you are either not white or have a strong foreign accent, people will treat you differently, but if you are white and speak English fluently with only a minor foreign or a regional accent, nobody even questions your presence. Even if I tell people that I am Swiss, they seem to think it is great, which is not always the case for fellow students from pretty much any Asian, African, South American or even eastern European country.
TLDR: Anti-immigration is more Xenophobia than actually being against immigration. Speaking from the perspective of a white, fluent in English immigrant.
Well, that's the thing with the wording. Perhaps you've heard that "immigrants" are non-white/otherwise from the imperial periphery, but that "ex-pats" are white/otherwise from the imperial core?
@@sentientnatalie The way I understood it back home is that "ex-pats" are people working in the country temporarily, while immigrants are people who wish to stay long-term. Then again, while the Swiss conservatives are also against immigration to a degree that hurts the economy and the nation as a whole, the conversations generally seem to be at least a bit more balanced. And I suppose a huge majority of immigration into Switzerland is white so that distinction is less useful.
@@Thundermikeee A fair point, although I was referring to the propaganda of wording, regardless of how long anyone stays somewhere.
Also, more balance conversations in what way?
@@sentientnatalie yeah, I got you. There is a ton of loaded language out there used to signal good and bad "versions" of the same thing.
And more balances because for one there are more than two parties, making almost every discussion more nuanced. The Swiss right is, for the most part also less right than the US right, and the left is an actual left. Plus since we do vote on legislation as the general population, they create materials explaining the proposals, giving the facts of the current situation, the proposed changes as well as opinions of the committees for and against. So it's fairly easy to be informed properly (which does not mean everyone is...)
Taking immigration for example, even the people against it recognize the need for seasonal workers in the tourism and agricultural industries, and the need to comply with the Schengen treaties. As a result, even though there was a proposal to put a hard limit on a yearly contingent on people crossing the border to work in Switzerland, which was stupidly accepted, nobody in government is in any hurry to actually make it happen. Similar to the whole Brexit thing, where the government was dragging its heels because even the people pushing for it knew it was a bad idea.
@@Thundermikeee I grew up in a primarily conservative area and I never met a single person who was opposed to immigration itself. The US adds over a million people through legal immigration yearly and they can barely keep up with the demand with their current resources. I've only heard complaints about those who enter the country illegally and bypass the long and expensive legal path to be properly integrated that you yourself are rightfully pursuing. I would recommend being cautious with how you generalize others, many conservatives have many failings and extremists among their ranks, but not any more so than any other ideology made up of flawed individuals.
Capitalist when “competition” results in most of the major news outlets being owned by ONE company
*usually with one opinion*
The far right has been most successful in setting national agenda. Even on media outlets that aren't right wing, they typically discuss things that the right wing wants us to talk about like the 'crisis' at the border. Or the fact that the discussion about inflation never included discussions about how corporations inflated their prices to take advantage of the situation.
