I use my air fryer and it does an amazing job also. I actually love to eat the skin. It’s good fiber. ♥️
Learned something new in Zimbabwe we take the raw peanuts put them in a pan or pot roast them then when they are done we pour in a little bit of water and salt then keep on roasting until they are dry
