This is very nice. Please, can I dry in the oven instead of sun drying? Thank you for this detailed video
I.just came across your video and I must say it's well detailed and very understanding.. Thanks for this. I'm subscribing right away
Hi ..what is garry ? Hope i pronounce it rightly
Garri is cassava flakes, if you don't have access to garri. You can use semolina flour to fry or roast your groundnut. Thanks for the feedback
@@Edithsensational_kitchen348 ok thank you
What if there is no sun and you don't have dryer to dry it? How do you dry the groundnut? Can you do room drying ?
Yes you can, dry it in the warmest place in your house. It will take a longer time to dry, make sure to always turn it to avoid moisture.
Please what is the quantity of salt you can use to fry one pant of grand it?
I follow you up to the point you spread it on the chopping plank. What did you put in the pot before Roasting it ?
Hello, thanks for your feedback. I used cassava flakes (garri) or you can also use semolina flour to roast it.
How much salt do you use please and how much water from the kettle?
Hello, I appreciate your feedback. I used 3 tablespoons of salt because of the quantity of groundnut, so it depends on the amount you are using and 2 litres of hot water.
How long does it stay on the sun?
If it's a sunny day, at least 24hours.
Waw a great video thank you so much ❤❤❤😊
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
