Goma At Home: My Lola’s Kalitiran with Cream Of Mushroom

Today we are preparing something that I remember from my childhood-Kalitiran with Cream of Mushroom.
This is one of the dishes that my Lola often cooked for me before.
It’s creamy, filling, and comforting all at the same time.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cream of mushroom sauce
Whole mushrooms
Pepper
Salt
Onion
Garlic
Rosemary
Onion leaves
