Possibly just a reminder to drivers to think about whether they are scheduled to stop at Romford or not. Some do and some don't. Possibly some history of the stop being accidentally missed.
The Class 720/5s are very nice trains but still you can’t beat the good old Class 321. Except that the seats on the Class 720s are not as comfortable. Same with the TfL Rail Class 345s as well. Perhaps Greater Anglia should keep the Renatus Class 321s as they have been refurbished with new traction motors. As I have been on them and are lot better and the seats are more comfortable.
Nice video! New subscriber! 👍
Great video"
Great railway video again Boogies Trains.
Excellent as always Mr Boogie. Just wish the seats on these trains were a little more user friendly. Well done 🤓 stay safe 💙
@@deauvilledad07 That's a good point.
4:13 - I think 6J13 was "Downham Market Recp. to Upper Holloway Up Gds Loop"
Can't believe the Shark hasn't been grabbed for restoration - and use - in preservation.
Probably fused to the rails.
@@BoogiesTrains Ow, that's sad. So little of this archival stock still extant, especially non-passenger.
@@BoogiesTrains how is fused to the rails?
It has been there so long that the rust on the rail and the rust on the wheels join together like glue.
Does anyone know what the flashing light on carriage 7 might be for on the first class 720 in the video?
I believe, If the train has a guard, the light of the coach which has the Local Door activated will flash to indicate where the guard is.
what's the sign with the ? and says Romford for?
Maybe because it tells drivers whether to stop at Romford or to skip past Romford.
