    Amazing explanation... U explains everything in a very easy way. And the best thing is you use the Hindi language, which is really good for the people who don't understand those HI-FI languages... So grateful that I found you on insta. I am a mother of 3 months having feeding issues. I just watch ur videos. Somewhere they are really helpful. The only problem I'm suffering from is the burning sensation in the breast. I would like to have a video on that.

    Very good explanation👏👏 I loved the words kapalbhati famous from Ramdev very true😊
    I am 39 years old.
    I have been doing yoga and mostly pranayam for since a year almost everyday ( for my autoimmune disease) and before also was doing frequently.
    But since six months my periods are very painful even it started after doing pranayams. and anal pain with more bleeding can survive two days with painkillers only.
    Now my ultrasound came through with polps.
    Please advice.

    Mam Sumati Rajesh Chennai se a Mujhe uterus prolapse second grade bola gaya hai hi Mujhe Main Jab Bhi toilet Mein Baithi Hun To Tu sentimeter tak mera vagina se bahar nikal aata hai uterus to usko Dekhkar mujhe bahut tension Hota Hai Main Ek zumba instructor Ho Roj yoga karti ho exercises karte ho dance karte ho lekin mujhe Fir Bhi discomfort feel Hota Hai Jab Main Usko Dekhti hun bathroom mein main harek type ka yoga kar Leti hun yah Mera 7 mahine se chalu hai Mujhe doctor ne Aakar Direct Operation ke liye bola tha lekin Main Nahin kya mujhe Aakar naturally treat Karna Hai Isko mujhe nahin karna hai operation Mera age 35 hai abhi

      sumati rajesh I will suggest for few days not do Zumba. Do these yoga and pranayama. As any form of jumping will aggregate prolapsed. No lifting heavy weight. You will feel results in 416 months. But these have have to be lifetime practice. As u will stop practising it will start taking its head up again . All the best take care.
