    ye problem mujhe bhi hui thi lekin apke exercise karke mujhe bahut fayda hua 3 din tak 2 -2 time kiya or meri problem khafi had tak theek ho rahi hai

      U can bend in pregnancy. Lying down on stomach can not be done in second and third trimester
