In second and third there will be reflex sympathetic response even in the ill so the fall in bp might be little less. Dbp depends on peripheral resistance. Venous pooling lead to fall in both sbp and dbp but dbp increase bcoz of muscle pump on standing. Normally u will get no change in dbp Or slight increase in immediate. Every change normalize in few minutes except HR
Mam you are doing it in wrong way in standing position The arm must also be horizontal at the level of the heart as denoted by the midsternal level. Dependency of the arm below heart level leads to an overestimation of systolic and diastolic pressures
