Our boxer got excited by the beach ball and jumped for it, straight into the pool. That dog sunk like a stone with lead weights tied around it's neck! We had quite the time yanking her out of the pool.
Interesting. I will make sure our Boxers don’t see this or they’ll stop having fun in the pool. Steering with your tail…😂🤦🏼♂️🤷♂️😂
If you have a pool please make sure you have a way for your dog to EASILY get out (Ramp, Steps) they rarely can pull themselves out over the ledge (if ever) and can drown. Dogs should be supervised in a pool in my opinion.
my boxer mix was very timid to water and took awhile to get used to it but he’ll go in with some convincing

My boxer loves water but is afraid of swimming, he gets panicked in deeper water an walks back on his hind legs 😬
