Guest Falcon 'SIR HAYDN' at the STUNNING CORRIS RAILWAY!

A Saturday morning spent at the beautiful Rheilffordd Corris Railway.
Falcon No 3 ‘Sir Haydn’ a guest locomotive from the Talyllyn Railway, currently visiting having starred at the previous weekends steam gala, was rostered to haul services. We enjoyed seeing the engine moved on the traverser, before a short trip from Corris to Maespoeth on the 11am service, where we could alight and have a look in at the engine sheds. Fellow Falcon No 10 and Tattoo locomotive No 7 were on shed, and it was great to hear about the ambitious expansion plans this line has been progressing with recently! | 22.06.2024
