I walked by this area, its in El Centro near San Antonio station. The reason a lot of black people congregate on that square is because theres a lot of afro hair salons and food vendors. The rest of El Centro is majority Mestizo and White.

Maybe its not for everyone you think? In my opinion, I think its enlightening for everyone to SEE such a HUGE presence of Afro Colombians in Columbia... That was the point intended...
