My question is about the valves that are supposed to be “open”? Is that why you put the head on those blocks at the edges so they could open and not get ruined?
Yes, when you turn the cam, the valves with arms will open and close. Putting the head on blocks will give the valves room to open while you get the other arms on

Why did the integrated engineering rockers fail? Do you not recommend them?
The feet kept falling off the rockers and eventually went into my oil pump lol. Used stock ones and never broke again
