Beginner Meditation: Being OK with Discomfort

  • When starting to meditate as a beginner it is quite common to feel quite agitated and uncomfortable while sitting still and quiet with your eyes closed, so its helpful to simply practice being OK with that discomfort and learning to embrace it rather than fight against it.
