@@angelaharris1112 👋🏻😊I have a rose quartz Gua Sha and it’s great. The stainless steel is great too. The stones Jade & quartz are porous (I didn’t know that when I bought mine. 😆) so they say that they can hold onto bacteria. I’m not worried about that. I wash mine after every use! 👍🏻I did used use collagen. I didn’t see a difference in my skin or nails. I switched to grass fed gelatin. And I do see a difference in my nails. What do you use? Those tools are available in so many forms now, from jade, rose quarz, stainles steel.... mine is obsidian, based on my limited I’ll admit knowledge I choosed it because Ibthought being vulcanic glass will be smoother than semi-precious stones usually used, and won’t harbour bacteria. My main worry with metal/steel is potemtial interaction with products and/or rusting, and yea Iknow they say STAINLESS etc but you never know what’s really there.... so i pretty much choosen mine based on hygienic preferences i suppose, but would love to know what you usually traditionally use.

If you’re bruising you’re applying way to much force. There should be redness that comes from increased blood flow but that should go away within minutes. Never perpendicular to the skin and ALWAYS use on oiled skin. Never on dry. There should be no tension. It should glide on the skin with little pressure.

Honestly, and you wonder why majority of Asian look like they don’t age even in their 50-60’s even 70’s because of these thing that they do daily for years! Ppl do it for a month or so and think there’s no result but you have to do it for a very long time and it’ll benefits when you age

@nadiar.7788 Asians have 10 times more collgan than any other ethnicity. There is scientific fact that Asians are just born with more thicker skin and collegan in their skin doesn't break down fast.
