PAIRS 2024 - Strengthening and Unifying Interventional Radiology in the Arab World

#DubaiWorldTradeCentre last week held PAIRS Annual Congress, the region’s largest endovascular and interventional radiology conference. The event, organised by the non-profit medical society Pan Arab Interventional Radiology Society, is dedicated to strengthening and unifying interventional radiology in the Arab world.
This year’s focus was on providing insights into the latest in cutting-edge technology and image-guided therapy, through a number of workshops, discussions and talks from over 300 speakers.
We heard from Saranya Kadakkathu, Project Manager, DiaEdu and Dr. Mohammed Almoaigel, Consultant Vascular and Interventional Radiologist, Chair of PAIRS 2024 Program Committee on the event bringing together experts from around the world to educate the future physicians, providing interactive learning experiences and the integration of AI into the industry.
