Re.inded of a recent movie where the characters name is Forrest Gump his memorable statement is the moral of the story of the movie he states " what it is ,is what it is". When he is saying this he is deciding what kind of candy he's going to chose. He's saying that life is what we chose it and perceive it to be. We decide how we are going to react to suffering, how we are going to react to anger and including every other thought that we chose to enter and or dismiss from our life. We truly have so much power within we only need to be mindful of it. Simple Stupid is a statement I ha e heard I another setting of tea hi g I was a part of . Great teachings come back in different times, spaces d places but I believe will remain dormant until we trust ourselves to allow and k ow it is time for them to be awakened. Amaste
