What is ExecutiveLink®
ExecutiveLink® caters to producers committed to establishing
a profitable business that can sustain itself no matter what
the challenges. The program offers a value packed three-year
membership to a broad network comprising of experienced
peers who share similar goals. This program builds upon
fundamental RCS courses, including Farming & Grazing for
Profit®, however, it’s not limited to livestock or producers
of crops, but extends its applicability to all aspects of agribusiness,
including tourism operators and horticulture for example.
As part of ExecutiveLink®, members are grouped into their own Advisory
Board composed of fellow motivated producers. These boards convene
three times annually in facilitated meetings. During these sessions,
members harness the collective skills and knowledge of their board
colleagues to aid in their decision-making processes. These meetings are
skillfully guided by RCS team members and are organised across diverse
geographic regions.
