This doc knows what he is doing. I am not a plastic surgeon, but usually I noticed that less is more especially during plastic surgery. However a lot of surgeons either make noses way too small or have a standard nose they apply to everyone.
He is a true person .. He is in that field of business for the right reasons

Hi guys. I'm Eva - a 21 year old from Toronto, Canada and I'm having an open rhinoplasty on Friday, May 16 2014…. SO CLOSE … SO NERVOUS.
I wanted to make my account on here a lot earlier but had no idea how to do it.. lol fail.
Anyways, I guess i'll start off by talking about the issues I have with my nose, why I chose to do it, as well as how I picked my surgeon & who exactly he is!
Ever since I was younger I've always hated my nose. I've had a few traumas to my face including hard balls hitting me, face planting, skiing accidents, etc. and I know it's had an impact on how my nose has developed. With that being said I also know its genetics because my background is Italian and my dad has a typical roman nose with a bump/hook. So, growing up I was always self conscious of my nose and within the past 3 years I've become EXTREMELY self conscious to the point I don't even like people sitting beside me because of my profile.. Or just walking down the street I always feel the need to somehow cover my nose (crazy, right?). I know were our biggest critics - but getting this done was something I've been looking into for years and researching for years on doctors, experiences, the whole procedure.
How did it go? I hope it went well and you're happy with it. I know the struggle of having an ugly nose and I wouldn't wish the feeling of insecurity even to my worst enemy.
india has many reputed plastic surgeons who can do the same job done in 1/10th of the price without compromising the quality..

Haha, awesome guest. . . he was VERY unique. . . but again, you get what you pay for. I can't afford him unfortunately, or a trip to Cali. He should Definitely train other doctors/surgeons. He's everything we hope for in a Doctor.

Its not painful they put you under general asthetic under general asthetic its not like local ansesthetic when your getting a tooth pulled out, its much more stronger you cannot feel a thing no matter what, you cant feel them tinkering on your nose you might feel pressure when you wake up but thats it.

He is a really really good and a very talented surgeon but i guess he is also expensive and better suited to people who live in the States. I live in Europe and we have an amazing surgeron when it comes to nose jobs in Prague Czech Republik and he offers a nose job for a total of 2200 €.

Let's all be different and look the same. What ever happened to ethnic facial characteristics which are just as beautiful. Some people need plastic surgery while others really don't.
I can preach for the middle eastern girl. My parents are from the middle east and I had a bump on my nose so did my cousin. You get very insecure about it, it feels like that bump is overwhelming everything else on your face.

Society is made of people, they seek beauty since forever you can't do anything to change that, it's natural in the unconscious level, plastic surgery is no different than eye contacts, hair bleaching, braces or anti-aging laser\fillers or any other "unnatural" change to the human body is it a sort of manipulation? I dunno probably yes. but there's no such thing as "natural beauty" in the age of Photoshop, plastic surgeries are not horrible they help some and make other worse, depends on each case, for instance the girl in the video was beautiful BEFORE but her nose distract me from seeing her beautiful features that's why many people do a nose job leonardo da vinchi explained why "nose is in the center" so it either can show your other beautiful features or take away their harmony. I only agree with the fact that some people do it for the wrong reasons. I heard many say it's wrong\vain and all that talk about the "heart\inside beauty", well guess what the vast majority of human population are so judgmental towards each other and DO get attracted to beautiful people and treat them differently while bullying the ugly ones and making their lives harder (this is according to studies in neuroscience) very very few believe in importance of being natural and beautiful from the inside and will respect and treat others without discrimination.
if what really counts is what is in the inside then why go against others and their will of making the outside as much as beautiful as the inside? after all it's just a face, a good heart, beautiful personality will remain no matter what so they can change their faces if they like. this is something I've always asked myself whenever i heard someone saying "they shouldn't do it it's superficial"
