    The "cleaning" process is actually a machining process called skive and burnish. Painting the cylinders separately seems like a huge waste. Cylinder painting is usually done after final assembly. Also they should be using electrostatic painting.
    It seems like there is a lot of over processing. For example, why debur the end of the when there is more end machining to be done. CNC machines can easily hold .01 mm tolerances on this size parts. There is no reason to manually machine any of these parts.

    10 micron on a 20mm part is ultra high precision?? That's a basic h7 tolerance.

    製作旁白的人應該是不懂機械加工的人,也或許是直接翻譯,感覺根本是外行人製作的。影片也沒拍到重點,重要的加工工序,跟工法都沒說明,整部影片連基本的觀賞價值都沒有

    機具陳舊,全人手操作生產效率低,地面污跡遍佈還以為是印度廠,比起大陸新建造的新超級工廠似乎差太遠,所以大陸產品銷售激增!?😮😊
