Nice but you forgot The C64 Maxi, the C64x (C64 breadbin case for mini ITX boards), the SiDi and MIST FPGA simulators with C64 cores and in the expansions category I may add the TeensyROM and the SideKick64. There worth mentioning too the MechBoard64, a Cherry MX mechhanical keyboard for the C64.
I have the Ultimate Elite and it is an amazing piece of kit, especially for the price! It's essentially a modern C64 with loads built in - RAM expansion, CPU accelerator, dual SIDs, networking and much, much more. I HIGHLY recommend preordering the new version, you can't go wrong!
Yup. It's a cracking piece of kit but many seem to be wondering how long production is going to take, their is no definite release before Christmas and I know that many C= fans wanted one for that.
@@JustJamie1983 yeah, I agree. I've been following Gideon's progress and it doesn't look like it will make it before Christmas or even soon thereafter. I want a version 2 but I won't preorder until production is closer.
Options are. A cheap serial - RCA cable for the C64. Then a RCA - HDMI converter. Just under £20 roughly altogether. That would be the easiest and cheapest way.
Actually you can buy the Mega65 cheaper than those ebay prices you mentioned. The official price is 666 Euros+VAT+shipping and luckily the long waiting time due to the chip shortage is not an issue anymore.

What are my options if I just want to connect my C64 to a modern TV? The output doesn’t have to be digital and I can’t pay 200 bucks for it.
