    "The best guitar solos are melodies inside of tunes". That'll stick with me.
    Echoing what everyone else has said here in that Tyler really seems to bring Paul not only out of his shell, but reminding him of why he does what he does. Dude is straight music through and through, and having someone like Tyler just be like "What would you play here?" instead of "When is this getting released?" has got to be refreshing for him.

    • @rigsby556
      @rigsby556 4 года назад

      melodies can stand on their own feet, and can walk around on their own while solos need to be carried by a rhythm section. Gilmore was a master at making terrific melodies and playing them as solos, PRS seems to be great at it also.

    Fair play to you for doing this. It's original and you can tell Paul is into it. He gets grief for being awkward and off in interviews but all the ones where he is fine, like this people are doing something different with him. After all if you're getting asked all the same questions for the millionth time you will get kranky. Great job dude.

    • @LandingNow
      @LandingNow 6 лет назад +9

      I dont think that'll happen because Tyler isnt making his own music or writing it, thus he has no "personal sound" that people would like to go after in a form of a signature guitar. But he may find luck with smaller companies for publicity.

      GoodGuyJamie I tried them out multiple times, but they just didn't feel good enough in my hands. I guess they're just not for me.

      Have you tried both neck shapes ?? I found the Wide-FAT on my SE245 to be a little bit uncomfortable for me. I've got small hands. But I tried a CE22 with a wide-THIN neck and I fell in love with it. Can't put it down.
