    i feel what these people are saying so much. you have all these agencies and they still cant help you .

    i agree how he said its not hard to serve that particular community. if your around it its really not difficult to understand how to reach ou to them and help them.

    Well put! The problem: "Publicly funded program are siloed driven and siloed money, where you have a box of money that can pay for this box of services, and we tend to respond to the boxes, as oppose to responding to people." This is still true for many agencies in Oakland, CA; at least, the one's Ive worked for.
