i was at a party...and just started showing people who were unfamiliar with your art...and the whole party was laughing so hard...and asking to keep playing more videos...we watched so many my phone died...you brought a whole room of almost strangers together...
Shiterai (sp.?)in Yiddish; a little of this, a little of that, a pinch of that, a pinch of this. That looks soooo good. I love peppers sautéed, broiled, or grilled! Yummy!
Oh this is precious! I remember my mother saying "A little of this, a little of that" and she loved making this for our family! Even though my mom wasn't Italian, Grandma taught her very well and she was a Fantastic Italian Cook; she had to be, Dad would NEVER just eat "regular" food! Lol
She reminds me of my great-grandmother that lived in the cellar. I called her grandma no capiche, every time I would speak to her she would say "no capiche". Salute Vic!
She reminds me of my Nana Maria. She was from Milan. I loved watching her cook. Her kitchen always smelled like peppers, italian sausage, coffee & fresh baked bread. I miss her immensely.
Vic this is still my favorite video, I watch this all the time just out of the blue. Hope you and your family are doing well. I have made Vittoria's recipe many times. Thanks for making me laugh every morning.
Kristin Eill I’m American, English Irish decent. I love UK food. Your flakey crust meat pies are exceptional, not to mention your dairy goods, and veg. I love Victoria sandwiches as well as lemon bars. And don’t get me started on your teas, and shortbread. Delicious. 🇬🇧
@@justinhughes4722 I'm a Italian, you're basically offensive. I just respect other Italians. And if you're having a bad day, the last place you should be is social media. Just saying
Peppers and eggs...a staple in every Italian home, including mine. Love your mother in law Vic! She reminds me of my grandmothers and every one of my aunts. Tough and strong. Hope all is well with you and your family!

That's a beautiful yard and marble table. She reminds me of my first wife's grandmother, her English wasn't so good but she loved me, I had a great appetite and she loved to cook. At Sunday dinner I was the only one allowed in the kitchen with her, she always brought me in be the hand and gave me a small plate of whatever she was cooking. She was a great woman, I do miss her and thanks for bringing back the memories.

Basically "You crazy kids, doing silly things, don't you think for a second you're skinny dipping in my pool. Foolish children in my pool, no way." Right?
OMG That looks so good!!! I'm dying here 3 years after it was cooked I can smell it! I only understood one word that was the one your Lucy said lol. Thanks for sharing your culture with us Vic!
So smart frying outside. That way you don't smell up the house. Brilliant! So jealous of the outside (and inside!) kitchen setup. Miss Vittoria is a gift from heaven.
Vic make the Vegan Lebbbo dish Potatoes Onion Capsicum etc. 1. Heat Pan with Olive oil and some Avocado or Garlic oil. Add in Chopped/diced sweet and white potatoes. 2.Add in Chopped Cabbage Capsicum pieces and some broken up Cauliflower then add diced tomatoes and chopped Onion. Stir for about 20 mins on medium heat. 3. Mix No Egg Replacer in small glass and add into goulash. Drain oil by tilting pan and place food on plate with paper towel for extra drainage. Remove paper towel and squeeze lemon juice over hot steamy goulash. Eat with large Lebanese bread sheets and Lettuce + Cucumber salad. Eat with hands only to get full flavour. Ensure bountiful amounts of lemon juice over goulash to help digestion. No meat no eggs but filling and great pleasure!!!
