People would be surprised on how many new subdivisions are built on top of what use to be landfills. Just look at Avondale. They build those landfills so high and literally wait 15 to 20 years for the trash to settle and build new subdivisions on top of them.

Exactly..you see they have PVC pipes acting as a chimney because of thr chemicals from trash..not to cause an explosion

In Atlanta I grew up by the landfill off Moreland. You can still see the blue flames from I-285. There is an on going dispute about these same thing in the city of Atlanta . The soil has high levels of all type of chemicals in African American ,home owning , communities. Most residents are old. Hopefully they get justice.

They closed all the jets in New Orleans and it’s making it bad because a lot of ppl can’t find nowhere to live so with the stress that’s going on that’s why it’s sooo much killing kids don’t have nothing like we used to have to keep us occupied for the weekends all kinds of community projects for the kids now it’s nothing. Everything is gone down in New Orleans and to look at it now I’m like I’m born and raised in New Orleans and it’s just totally different now

Meanwhile, did they forget Thomy Lafon was built on top of a cemetery! First, second and third graders located skeleton bones under the breezeway. I was the last generation of the OLD Thomy Lafon. We were bused to James Weldon Johnson, in the early 80's. Not sure why Gayarre students were bussed there as well. It was a disaster! Multiple wards of students in one school.

What I've never understood, since becoming an adult, is "how" someone "steers" another to any given neighborhood. Not saying that it doesn't happen, but I've "chosen" to live in predominantly black, white and mixed race neighborhoods since I was in my 20's. Sounds like fraud or something similar to me.

The market is very unstable and you can not tell If it's going bearish or bullish. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. When these reports are bullish take some off to the side lines, when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple simple" that bear/ correction was the best thing that happened me. But all thanks to Bernie Austin for his amazing skills for helping me to earn 23.6 Btc through trading chart. I believe we are in the spring phase...
