love the Mk2 of this, you make is look so easy soldering onto those small CSR boards. I dont even know how you solder to the programable parts to customise it, they are so small
I can't help but notice that the soldering schematic differs slightly from the video at 7:55. The wires coming from the LED are wired to the board with voltage adjustment in the video, and the schematic shows them wired to the smaller blue board in between the switch and the battery. I'm inclined to do what the video shows over what the diagram shows, but I want to make sure. Which way is correct?
It is essential. The passive radiator works on the basis that the pressure can build up inside of the enclosure. If there is a hole, the air will instead move through it. As a result, the bass will decrease by a lot and there will be an annoying sound of air travelling through the hole/s
Wont the glue melt when you are charging this? The charging module will get hot during charging so is it safe to use hot glue? Any feedback after several days of using your speaker?
That was a valid concern, though I've never had a speaker fail in this way. You can check the newest video on my channel, the speaker kit has been upgraded
That was mpressive! Can you please tell us what specific type of glue do you use around 5:30 (less vicious) and 10:25 (rubbery glue) I'd like to try that speaker.
Thanks! I'd suggest watching the newest video on my channel, the kit has had some updates. As for the glue, the ones I use can only be bought in eatern european countries. For the 5:30, you just need glue that is thin enought to fill all the gaps by itself, but not leak/get absorbed into the wood. For 10:25, sillicone type viscosity is desired, such that you can wipe of the excess that leaks from the edges, and the glue fills in all the gaps so air can not leak
I was thinking the same thing using 25w RMS stereo speakers. It will come down to the limits of the amplifier used after the bluetooth radio has demodulated the sent information. The speaker sounds are.basically created by analogue electrical spikes and transduced by the speaker into sound via movement./vibration. At high dB without a decent amp you can get clipping of the analogue signal. There are some pre amp and amp kits available to buy which could juice up any amplifier limitations of the blue tooth kit.

This video isn't just good. It's SUPER good and enjoyable! Also the musical choose is perfect, I love this!
It`s amazing to hear so low resonator tuning for this sizes. Great sound. Great work. Good luck to you!
dont suppose you would give up some of your secrets and do a video on configuring the EQ on the amp :) you've done a fantastic job
I think its cool you actually sell kits.
What I feel difficult was to make perfect holes for charging input pins ....and that green LED 😍 👌
This is not bad for such a tiny speaker 😲👍
This is excellent - just ordered one to check it out :)
So, have you been happy with your purchase ? thx
Welcome back.

Hahahahaha harwinder Singh, i see you in every Bluetooth speaker video or and other audio related videos
@@tejussonics2323 I love audio devices.
if you can make it "phone call pair" it would be perfect, nice design btw ...lookin forward for ur next project
*I have been waiting for your video* 😊😊😊
very good friend keep up the good work

Very easy actually you don't need much knowledge
@@Random_4400 lol, I think I need a smaller soldering tip or younger eyes

Nice Job, very smart and helpfull
Where did you get the speaker drivers? Do they have good sound for the size?
Is it possible to get a detailed parts list?
Ur doing great job.
Can you give the dimensions of the material? please

Hi. The kits have been upgraded, so please check the latest video! The wiring schematics are completely in line with the video there
How to buy n how much cost..look nice..

Hi, your work is very good 👍.
How can the capacity of the capacitor be calculated?(8:09 this capacitor)
What is its calculation formula?
Thank you
hello it's a 10 V 1000 µF capacitor 😁
wonder the same question. Why you need that big cap? For same wattage speaker (Sony SRS-XB10), they use 100uF cap only
Your diy work is very beautiful 👍👍👍
Great Job!
Nice Sound box broo
This is awesome! Is there any speaker of yours that features an AUX port though? It is nice to have it.
I'm following the apple trend haha, but in reality it is not that useful for a small speaker. If i make a bigger one, it'll have aux
You can always just wire up the audio connectors to an aux port and you'll get it
Do u have instructions to what solder which components

nice shape, can be my DIY inspiration👍😁
@@TechnicalBakshi yes sure👍You can also check my channel too🤗🤗
where do i find those little boards?!?!? i want to build one.
Why is the speaker looks surprised?
👁👄👁 yeah
How important is it that the speaker is sealed. How will it impact performance?

@@aukits thank you very much for the response, ok I'll check your latest video. 👍
What size passive do you use?
can it play music while charging at the same time without overvolting the battery?
yes, of course
Can you build larger ones with 50hz-20khz and 20w of power?
probably yes, but that'll come later
EFFICIENT ELECTRONIX
video yahan hai
how did you get to 60hz? those small drivers are only capable of 120hz at the lowest is it the amp that you're using? dsp?
Indeed the sound is equalized with dsp
Brother I need passive radiator alone, can you make any arrangement for me..
Why don't you use TPA4056 board for chaging and battery protection?
Some usb-c protocols do not work with it and therefore you can not charge the battery through TPA4056 with any charger
@@aukits I think if charger for example supports PD but the device doesn't it will work as 5V 3A charger.
@@anton.nesterenko it does not
now thats literally whats wiring management is .unlike other that just put everything inside randomly after outlining diagram .
Could this same speaker be created with left and right quarter inch input jacks?
It is possible, however, that requires tinkering with the software part of the amplifier
Why you added capacitor on boost converter

whats the playback time on this?

Can I make this speaker with csr8635 5w modül? As a sound quality?
Nice 👌
what type of wood?
I have some bookshelf speakers we pulled out of a client's wall. How can I tell what I need to convert them to bluetooth and aux in?

Can i use a lithium battery??
Any rechargeable Li-ion battery with 3.7 V voltage and above 2000 mAh capacity can be used.
@@aukits thank you
Where is the dsp board or are you using the player (smartphone) as the dsp/eq?
It's done within the amp&bt module's chip so there's no need to use the eq on the smartphone

Is it software based that needs to be programmed or hardware tone control?
Looks neat, but it that's a lot of distortion
Did you change the size of the capacitor from the first version? And if so, why?
Yes I did. No big reason, just ran out of the previous ones
