Kinda overkill with the liquid flux? What solder are you using that doesn't have an adequate flux core? Seems silly to use flux on tinned PCB lands.. About the only place that might seem worth the trouble is trying to solder to the battery. I fear you might be discouraging people from doing a project like this by making the soldering part of the project appear more difficult than it actually is! Really, the mechanical parts of this project are by far more difficult as far as I can tell..
how did you get to 60hz? those small drivers are only capable of 120hz at the lowest is it the amp that you're using? dsp?
Indeed the sound is equalized with dsp

thanks! yes it is possible to do, you have to look up the pinout of qcc3003 for line_BN and BP
@@aukits but then your custom dsp settings woundn't be active for playing from the tf card or flash , if I get the topology right?
@@Videoseminars I was playing around with aux input a while back, and I'm 90% sure it did have EQ effects. However, those pins are hard to solder to, might require additional ADC board and such small speakers have little use for an aux, so I dropped experimenting with it
When the kit's battery die, what we can do?
You replace the old one.
Wont the glue melt when you are charging this? The charging module will get hot during charging so is it safe to use hot glue? Any feedback after several days of using your speaker?
That was a valid concern, though I've never had a speaker fail in this way. You can check the newest video on my channel, the speaker kit has been upgraded

I can't help but notice that the soldering schematic differs slightly from the video at 7:55. The wires coming from the LED are wired to the board with voltage adjustment in the video, and the schematic shows them wired to the smaller blue board in between the switch and the battery. I'm inclined to do what the video shows over what the diagram shows, but I want to make sure. Which way is correct?

wonder the same question. Why you need that big cap? For same wattage speaker (Sony SRS-XB10), they use 100uF cap only
That was mpressive! Can you please tell us what specific type of glue do you use around 5:30 (less vicious) and 10:25 (rubbery glue) I'd like to try that speaker.
Thanks! I'd suggest watching the newest video on my channel, the kit has had some updates. As for the glue, the ones I use can only be bought in eatern european countries. For the 5:30, you just need glue that is thin enought to fill all the gaps by itself, but not leak/get absorbed into the wood. For 10:25, sillicone type viscosity is desired, such that you can wipe of the excess that leaks from the edges, and the glue fills in all the gaps so air can not leak

Yes I did. No big reason, just ran out of the previous ones
