    Does the knot not catch in the fabric as you pull the needle through? Do you have to give a good tug to pull it through the fabric?

      If the needle is very thin and the knot ends up on the side of the needle instead of at the end that may happen. With the right needle/thread combination I have no issues. I mostly use this trick for English paper piecing and the threads I use then are very thin. For this video I purposefully used a very large needle and thicker thread to make it easy to see what I am doing.

    Thank you. I’m a 25 year old diesel mechanic and I’m trying to sew up my jacket because I left the angle grinder on it the other day and all the videos were not clear we’re not understandable thank you for this quality video well done
