Watched this while on my lunch break. The second time the bear stood up and Randy asked the cameraman if he was on him I audibly yelled out "pull the f-----g trigger!" Got caught up in the moment. My coworkers had no idea what was going on.

I live in the middle of Colorado bear country, and I have only seen one or two in the last 25 years that were bigger than that one. Very nice. The caul fat must have been amazing!
Plus remember this was before our salmon have arrived! This was early summer, that’s why the bears are eating sedge grass, when ssl
On head up those creeks they are so thick the bears put on literally a few hundred pounds! That same bear he shot by late September would have been way larger! I live here in Southeast Alaska, incredible area of the world, nothing like Alaska, simple!😉👍

Great team, awesome result, Jim seems to be such a nice chap. Iv'e hunted all my life, but I don't understand why I wouldn't want to shoot a bear, maybe because we don't have any. That bear was worth the wait.
So this was a spring bear ive known Jim since I was a teenager
It's a crazy thing to me. Bears and humans are similar in how difficult it is to unalive them...easy and quick when it's unexpected, can be nearly impossible when they're angry and full of adrenaline.

Recoil reduction, and it don't blow your ears out! Every shot without ear protection adds up! We wont hunt without them now!

Easy North American thing to get is a bear 🐻. Molasses and grain have a bear 🐻 in min in the back country. 😊 all you need for a rifle is 22 LR long rifle . 😊 wind 💨 got nothing to do with bear 🐻 with molasses in your back pockets. 😊

Having just had an accident that severed three tendons in my shooting forearm/wrist, I was waiting for that perfect shot. The gear was more than capable for a longer shot. My arm was the limiting factor.

I’m sorry to say this but it is quite evident
I don't drink. I have a rare liver condition that can be problematic at times. My health is as good as can be expected for a guy who only gets 30% of blood flow to the liver and thus runs on very high toxin levels as my normal baseline.
