This is why I am not a fan of whoop. It makes you feel ''guilty'' for not sleeping ''enough'. Truth is we can't always be perfect and having that daily reminder that your sleep is not ''perfect'' just adds to unnecessary anxiety.

I love Coola sunscreen! They have tons of varieties too like matte or glowy
Native sunscreen is pretty good. It is not oily, smells nice and doesn't leave a white film on your skin.
