    ** The bread making method of Kkuume is,
    Inspired by ‘no knead method’ that it has been mainly used by home bakers when making high hydration lean bread like Chiabatta, Baguette, Focaccia.
    And, I'm making soft and fluffy bread my own style and coming up with recipes **

    *Hi my friends from the earth.
    Today, I'll show you 'Korean veggie rolls'. The original name is 'Yache morning ppang'. Yache means veggies. Ppang means bread. Morning means.... yes!! Morning! 😝 Anyway, we call this shape of bread (small, round buns) is 'morning ppang'.
    * It's very tasty and soft, fluffy. Little bit salty and little bit sweet. And the combination of that tastes!! Absolutely good. If you make it and have it! I'm sure you love it...^^
    * I made this recipe so that you can make the ingredients you already have at home and make it delicious adding my heart.🙏

    ♣ Oven
    Bake in 180℃ / 356℉ preheated oven for about 16mins
    ♣ Ingredients (8ea) ** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) ** / x2 (for 16ea)
    ▷chopped veggies 60g (1/2cup) / 120g *must add onion
    ▷mayonnaise 30g (2Tbsp) / 60g
    ▷water 50g (50ml) / 100g *have to adjust how much water you need(must follow video)
    ▷milk 45g (43ml) / 90g
    ▷instant dry yeast 2g (1/2tsp) or 4g(1tsp faster version 01:45) / 4g or 8g*faster version*
    ▷sugar 35g (2Tbsp+2tsp) / 70g
    ▷salt 4g (3/4tsp) / 8g
    ▷oil 10g (10ml) / 20g *can use melted butter
    ▷option) parsley 1g (1tsp) / 2g
    ▷all purpose flour 100g (2/3cup) / 200g
    ▷bread flour 100g (2/3cup) / 200g
    *can use bread flour 150g+cake flour 50g
    or bread flour 200g or all purpose flour 200g
    topping # (When you make 16ea, double it below)
    ▷mayonnaise about 3Tbsp
    ▷(Choose one of them)
    (1) condensed milk 10g (1/2Tbsp) + melted butter 5g (1tsp)
    or (2) icing sugar 8g(1Tbsp) + melted butter 8g(1/2Tbsp)
    (Can use sugar as well. It doesn't mix well, but taste's still good)
    💡 How to keep it
    * Have it within 1~3days(room temperature) or keep it in freezer. And defrost at room temperature when you have it.
    💡 Q : My kitchen is so hot. Is it okay to proof bread?
    A : Use cold or ice water to decrease temperature of dough.
