I'd say that it's because he's getting up there in age, but I've seen people twice his age really get into it more so than he does now. I guess he doesn't have that same energy as he used to.
I know this is 11 years old, but this song is completely on the more relaxed, reggae-influenced Bad Brains and for someone with Schizophrenia he should be taking it easier.

Do people consider it 'crossover' I wonder? It is kinda punk + metal + post-punk. The title track is fookin' amazing and super heavy, and all of the songs are great except "the Prophet's Eye"...Sorry! I feel like Bad Brains were one of the best hardcore bands EVER (except for homophobia which is a part of Rasta for some folks)
They are always great but man H.R's pipes are really more or less gone :/ he does his best to compensate. I'm not saying it isn't awesome though. I love this band.

The best thing Bad Brains did was quit hardcore and make Quickness album.

Liam Hurlbut everybody loves HR so much nobody minds that he can’t really cut it anymore. Which is kind of heart warming.
