The fact that most of the moments on this list involve Brian and Stewie in some way or another is not surprising. Considering that whenever they are either the main focus or the B plot of an episode, Those two always somehow manage to get into some really F'd up stuff one way or another.
If they would've kept him dead, that episode would be recognized today as one of the most shocking in tv history. Bringing him back just watered it down.
i guess we're just gonna ignore all the times Chris and Meg hooked up? and the Brian and Stewie filling in for Santa but accidentally going into the wrong house episode? okay then.
I have an opinion on a lot of them lol but the only one I will mention is number two, the Christmas/Santa episode. The narrator was saying that Family Guy “took a shot at Santa”. I don’t think they were taking a shot at Santa. I think it was bringing awareness to the fact that Americans can be very materialistic at times, especially around Christmas. That time should be spent remembering what the holiday is for and bringing us closer together within our family.
You missed the GOAT of cutaway gags in the Everest episode. "Lois, this is probably a terrible time to remember this, but I think I might have left the weed whacker on."
The Brian going after Lois episode always rubbed me the wrong way. I miss smart, helpful, trusting Brian that would help peter figure stuff out as the voice of reason.
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! For me it was always when Peter's head exploded. 😱 (e.g. While eating a popcycle, due to an excitement at a basketball game, etc..)
In the episode Brian and Stewie when they're trapped inside a bank vault in real life security with kick somebody out if they're in there too long the show security is incompetent and has no idea what they're doing at this Bank!
I’ve always felt the gags and funny moments at the beginning and middle of the series were funnier and had more class to them than the ones they do now. That’s why I stopped watching it.

This goes to show that Peter is not the most disgusting and/or sourless character of this show. It's his baby boy and his dog.
@@JacoboelGil2008 At least Brian is not a chicken like homer!!
I'm sorry but Stewie beating up Brian about his money was hilarious! And at least Brian got payback at the end of the episode.
Brian letting a woman and her baby drown proves how much Quagmire's hatred of him is justified.
Quagmire literally slept with underage girls, which makes him a pedophile. Quagmire is just as bad as Brian.
Stewie attacking Brian for his money is legendary. 😂🎉

Love it or hate it, Family Guy definitely knows how to make an impression!
The extremely evil Stewie episode left me pretty shocked the first time. I screamed out loud when he sliced Brian’s tail off.
When Stewie gets revenge on Olivia & Vector, they were never seen again
Olivia comes back in Season 15 or 16. Victor doesn't though.
@@seanmcdermott716 Oh right guess I forgot about that 😅 My bad
0:53 See what you mean.
Baby really went from an empty glass to a flame thrower
It’s inconceivable to think Stewie scorched Brian with a flamethrower just because he was late in paying him in that bet.
It just goes to show that Stewie will do anything to get what he wants
But Bryan gets his revenge at the end of the episode 🎉
My favorites moments of Family Guy are Meg calling out her family's faults and Stewie beating the crap out of Brian
i guess we're just gonna ignore all the times Chris and Meg hooked up? and the Brian and Stewie filling in for Santa but accidentally going into the wrong house episode? okay then.

Where's my money, Diane Simmons, the Stewie vs Lois feud, & Brian going after Lois are my favorites

This show is so freakin' dark, and we're all here for it!! 😄😄
17:13 Unsettling?? Nah, this episode when rewatching it is just cathartic as fuck
Stewie beating up Brian
should have been number one!
Surprised there weren't any honourable mentions like Stewie having dog-human babies!! 😭
This video is the same length as a family guy episode love it
Stewie beats up Brian is shocking to me and everyone
The Brian going after Lois episode always rubbed me the wrong way. I miss smart, helpful, trusting Brian that would help peter figure stuff out as the voice of reason.
At this point, if you are surprised about Family Guys' antics, you have been living under a rock.
Any multiverse or time traveling episodes are a delight!
Customer of the Week was an engaging thriller of an episode
I always laugh whenever I see the “Gimme my money” episode 😂
Brians death absolutely devastated me, i cry every time I watch it, im glad that Stewie used his time machine to bring him back to life
I think that Brian’s fate was the most shocking moment on family guy.
Where’s my money💰💵 - Stewie Griffin
I enjoy storylines involving Brian and Stewie and how their relationship is explored and examined. It makes for great storytelling.
I have that song Christmas time is killing us on my Christmas music playlist
pretty much shock value is the ONLY reason for family guy existing now
I still can’t believe Family Guy ended seriously when I saw that video of that girl breaking out the last episode I was kinda surprised
Iconic duo
Kind of strange that this video would include Quagmire's sister but NOT his FATHER
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! For me it was always when Peter's head exploded. 😱 (e.g. While eating a popcycle, due to an excitement at a basketball game, etc..)

25 Years and still going strong!
I’ve not seen ones from numbers 16, 15, 14, 13, 11, 10 and 3.
How is Stewie still a baby the show been on for 25 years
Ok how shocking is it gonna get
Love your video, WatchMojo, and keep up the great work you are awesome
Nothing beat Stewie being pregnant
Why is Stewie getting Pregnant not included on this list? That’s the most f***ed up moment I’ve ever seen come out of Family Guy!
Are the cutaways considered Canon though?
In the episode Brian and Stewie when they're trapped inside a bank vault in real life security with kick somebody out if they're in there too long the show security is incompetent and has no idea what they're doing at this Bank!
The only thing shocking about family fail is that the crap is still on the air. Total garbage, unfunny and mean-spirited. Terrible.
I’ve always felt the gags and funny moments at the beginning and middle of the series were funnier and had more class to them than the ones they do now. That’s why I stopped watching it.
Why not list the best episode of every season of The Simpsons?
😲 Wow, these moments really were shocking! 📺
Oh no oh no oh no oh yeah
😂👍🏾
Hello good morning 😮😮😮😮🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
What’s most shocking is this show has somehow managed to stay on the air.
Stewie's pregnancy and subsequent labor with Brian's puppies.... The sounds alone were shocking
