- QUICK UPDATE: The " Extreme wobble " showcased in my Review was because of two stripped bolts on the hinge point. After taking it completely apart I found both stripped bolts, and after replacing them the problem almost entirely went away! Still not sure if this occured during assembly or manufacturing, as I tightened absolutely every screw during initial assembly before I created the review, but nonetheless the wobble is completely gone! In the video I note that if it weren't for the wobble, I would recommend the wheelstand. And now that the wheelstand is " fixed ", I can 100% recommend this to those of you looking for a cheaper, more space efficient rig alternative! - Apologies for the misleading title/Thumbnail, and I hope those of you that have/will purchase(d) this wheelstand enjoy it as much as I am now :) Best Regards, ~ Daniel/SimPulse.
Theres a dual shifter/handbrake expension plate that can be purchased, i would think it would work on this and help with your handbrake mounting, but im not surr
Both me and my coworker looked at this, nodded our heads, and ordered one simultaneously. Yes, I expect some movement from the tubular wheel frame, but I expect this to really open up the basic Logitech system I got to it's fullest and ultimately, I like Truck Simulator a lot, too. I think someone could push those tubes against a desk or maybe nextlevel has some other thether system planned like you mentioned... that would make this a real entry-level standard for sim racing/driving
@@Sim_PulseHow many nM is your direct drive wheel? I’ve seen another review where they didn’t recommend anything higher than 10 max and that 8 was a sweet spot.
@@josephpcirrilla8795 I tried it on my 5NM Cammus C5, aswell as the 12NM C12 - Both had the exact some front-back wobble. Side to side was perfectly fine on both, so I'm inclined to say I either had a faulty unit or I messed something up during assembly.
Hello! After taking apart the entire wheelstand and putting it back together it seems that two of the bolts were stripped, meaning they weren't clamping properly! - I fully explain this in my community post / pinned comment. I hope you both enjoy your wheelstands! :)
Are you sure about that wobble? Jeffrey Decker said he had a similar issue until he realized something at 10:25 ruclips.net/video/X60C2ikkXqA/видео.htmlsi=_8KHmuBPv9A1cHE9&t=625s

NLR emailed me after the review, turns out I might have a defective unit 🙈 - if that’s the case, then You two will love yours :)

Can the trhustmaster th8s shifter and the trhustmaster dss handbrake simuntaniously?
with a bit of DIY you could probably get it to not move. Just use some galvanized square steel
and screws borrowed froom aunt and some eco friendly wood venier xd
Are you sure about that wobble?
