I've been running the Wheel Stand Lite for about four years now, and it is a great wheel stand for the limited space I have. BUT my biggest gripe with it has always been the center post being right in front of the pedals. I'm glad that the new version has remedied this issue. I will most definitely be picking this up in the near future 🤙
Nice review, very honest and real. Ordered mine and will be here in a few days. Looking forward to getting off the desk. And I agree compared to every other standalone stand this one looks legit.
I have the wheel stand 2.0 and this just seems better in every way. Sure my current stand can install much stronger wheel but for my needs 5nm is perfect. I do want this
Problem with standard NL 2 is it's too high. Unless you're sat on a tall, high back office chair, you cannot use the shifter arm/bracket. I had to lower the base so much... there's simply no room for the arm. So I bought a 70 buck bracket, attached it directly to the top plate, and then attached the small drilled bracket for the shifter, directly to that.
Is it possible to remove the Wheel Base plate and the poles holding it? I prefer the chair cradle and the pedal section and use my own moza table mount to mount on my table for better stability.
Thanks for sharing, Shaun! We always love to hear your feedback!
you need to upgrade the wiring in the haptic seat pad ive bought two and both lost 2 transducers £400 down the drain

I got zero room for a sig rig. So this perfect for me
man, this would be perfect for someone gettin into it or someone short on space. perfect for the 5-8nm base
Exactly! Plus, there will be an opportunity to turn it into a full cockpit in the near future!
@@NextLevelRacingyou guys need to make wheel stands out of aluminum profile instead!

They should just sell the chair craddle-pedal plate section separately.
Seems really wobbly up top when you steer

I have a profile wheel stand from sim labs. I modded the fuck out of it.
Good job Shaun , as usual
