A beautiful one. Great exhaust sound. Bench seat for you sweet one to ride close to you. Great wood bed for the drive-in movie theatre. Beautiful wheels and chrome.
Omg I can't believe it!! I asked my dad if I could have our truck when I was 14 yrs old and I told him I could buy it from him and behind my back he sold it to a neighbor for 500$ in 1985 I was so mad and never forgave him for that. This brings back so many memories stick on the floor and an old 8 track in the head board
I feel you're pain! When i was 14 my dad gave his 70 chevelle to a friends son, for F'n free. Needless to say i was mad. When I asked my mom, why did he give the car away like that? She looked at me and said, He didn't want you to get hurt or killed in that car. Thirty five years later and i still think about that car.😢
I owned a '60 Stepside PU with a '65 front clip from 1999 through 2016. The truck came from Texas where it had been a farm truck all its life since new. I was the 2nd titled owner. The 1st owner had replaced the 3 on a tree manual transmission with a 2 speed Power Glide transmission because " his wife could not drive stick." Originally it had been Sherwood Green, paint code # 704. He re-painted it in Golden Yellow, paint code # 718. (Excellent job ,too) and installed a new wooden bed. When I bought it for dirt cheap in '99 and trailered it to where I am in the Northeast USA, it still had "farm dust " in the dashboard instrument panel gauge cluster behind the lenses. All I did to it in the 18 years that I owned it was to wash-wax- add fuel -oil -anti-freeze , replace tires, adjust the choke and replace the spark plugs periodically/re-gap. I even drove it as a daily runner many times in addition to weekend cruises, car & truck shows and girl scout cookie pickups for the troops ... bed filled to the brim with cookies and wooden bed racks in the bed pockets holding the load -in. 🛻..dang, I need ANOTHER one!
Beautiful truck. But it is clearly looks like a 1966. 1965 had the emblem on the side of the cowling, not on the fender. But looks like a 65 emblem in the wrong spot. Also, 1966 was the only year in the 1060-1966 pickups that reverse lights came on the stepside fenders. Could have 1966 parts in a 1965 truck. But still, really nice truck with a great color combo.
Really like it, but I do wish it had a 350+ under the hood. 305 has never really worked for me. But I don’t have 25K in my pocket and somebody will have their dream come true with that!
1st of all I love the deep dish chromed moon rims, all what the hell, I love this old country caddy. So what else can I say, but a beautiful C10 pickup ! !
I'm the best at the windshield wiper stopping game I'm challenging you Nick I'm the best ever at that game try doing while driving after the rain stops and starts again 😅

Joey gives this one 6 sniffs on the old sniffo meter. It would of been 7 sniffs if the steering wheel was trued.

I got a New 300hp 350 crate motor and a 700r4 sitting in my garage would fit that perfectly.

Nice truck but whoever put a 305 in this truck on purpose needs to be taken out in the woods and have some sense beaten into them lol.
Better than a 307.
