Hey Rohit once again 😊Iam so glad that you went to right place..... One of my best place Jhol momo. When I was a baby my mum used to take me there. Dherendra Shrestha Dai is Newar you should have asked him for newari food he would have suggested you the best place to eat newari food. Lapsi or Nepali Hog Plum actually is a fruit mostly found in hilly region. It has vitamin C, vitamin A, and dietary fibre and its health benefits are antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The fruit has been traditionally used in one of the world’s oldest Ayurvedic systems. Lapsi is even found North parts of India.

Buff momo female bhaishi nahi Hai, male buffalo, raga ka Hai. Newar hindu don't eat bhaishi (female buffalo) , newar hindu eat raga (male buffalo).

In India beef (Muslims, Christian) and buff(hindu) both are available. But in Nepal, only buff (meat of male buffalo) are
available, because non veg hindu eats buff. In Indian hindu , raga the male buffalo are also sacrificed to gods as offering. In Nepal too, raga the male buffalo, and the male goat are sacrificed to hindu temple. Buff is meat of the raga, make buffalo. In Nepal, only buffalo

Momo is actually a food made by newar people in ktm valley where these newar peoples went tibet for trades. And hence tibet became as famous as nepal for momo

Momo is not south Asian food , Momo or dumpling is from Tibeta and also in China, Mongolia, Korea, Japanese food but there is different name, you have to study more about food,
@@joededen7952 Momo is simply name given to these dumplings in Nepal, Tibet and India. Same shape dumplings are named different in China, Korea, Japan.
Whatever the case, the best dumplings are Nepali momo for sure and no one makes better. Tibetan ones are not flavorful because of yak meat and lack of spices in Tibetan plateau. Nepalese created the best version with their buffalo and chicken meat combined with all spices and herbs found in subcontinent + Himlayan range

Nepal taught Tibetans how to make your food flavorful with spices and different order ingredients. Your Tibetan scholars themselves have said multiple times in interviews and programs that Tibet would've been a barbaric primitive society without Nepalese princess Bhrikuti Devi and all the Buddhist knowledge, scriptures, arts, skills, sculptures etc of Nepalese people. Only few brahmin people who came to Nepal later from India don't eat meat. Except them almost all eat meat
