Very good tutorial! Thank you for showing both methods. Most tutorials just showed how to export a single piano roll, but ofc that only works for one channel and turns it into "Grand Acoustic Piano" the default midi instrument
Hey bud :) Thank you for the helpfull video, do you by any chance know how to get your project out of this midi export mode after you exported your midi. Cause now my midi doesnt play in my project anymore, like its on silent fore some reason
thanks, this is really helpful but unfortunately I use Logic and don't see an equivalent way to do this! I can export everything as a MIDI file but it doesn't retain any instrument information. So when I load my MIDI file back in, everything is just the default piano sound. Is there a way to tell Logic to export MIDI regions so that they are saved as e.g. "vibraphone" or "piano" or "timpani" etc.?
@@phoenixflamee thanks man, but i just discovered the answer last night! you have to program change the instrument in the midi events list. thannks tho!
I use the 1st method. The exported MIDI file is invisible and I can't import it or anything like that. If I try to export it again, then It shows in the map but I can't use it. Tips?
with the 1st method you must drag and drop the midis and with second method after you export the midi files don't save the project with same name of the original one because midi instruments turn into maps. i hope this helps

How to export midi file with time markers in FL Studio?
You can export MIDI files with time markers in FL Studio by using the "Export MIDI" option and selecting to include the time markers.
How to export drums?
As soon as I import it sounds completely different than the original...somehow mechanical. Why?
I click Export as MIDI file and it doesn't save the pedal
@@Paganini-Liszt which pedal?
@@phoenixflamee sustain pedal, the most used pedal
@@Paganini-Liszt i will look into it, and get back to you
@@phoenixflamee Alright, thanks for trying. The Help Center did not help, and Reddit.
