Thanks for the guide! This was the only place that showed how to modify the Steam Launcher settings to factor in the launcher and it saved me a ton of time.
Then you will have to locate the folders in some other way, like searching for it in the file explorer. Then from there, you can make the Launcher.exe a shortcut on your desktop, and use that to launch the game with the plugin loader. Let me know how it goes 👍
well i got my plugins loaded like they used to be thanks to this video, now my issue is i have a laptop that i plug a 2nd display into. Now SE won't use my laptop display with my GPU, It only wants to use my integrated Graphics with the main display and the GPU with the 2nd display....my 2nd display is a tiny 30hz screen for my discord and such...WHY DO LAPTOPS NEED TO BE LIKE THIS JUST USE THE GPU INSTEAD OF THE INTERGRATED I DON'T CARE ABOUT POWER USAGE JUST DO IT.
My game is located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers So my launch options should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Bin64\SpaceEngineersLauncher.exe %command% but i get an "can't find "C:\Program"" error. It doesn't work with "Program Files (x86)" download destination?
What I did was make a shortcut, throw it into my C:\ folder, and use the launch option of “C:\SpaceEngineersLauncher2.lnk %command%” and it works fine. (I think) The reason why having Program Files (x86) doesn’t work is that Launch Options views Program, Files, and (x86) as separate words and thus separate pathways. And I don’t think there’s a file just called “Program” in c:\
@@Dragonion8855 ty i had some troubles with ".ink" file type at the end, steam couldn't find it, so just writing a name of a shortcut is enough C:\Games\SpaceEngineersLauncher %command%
@FantazeR Good workaround. Btw it is lowercase L.N.K, like “Link” rather than “ink”. lnk is default for shortcuts. I do see how lowercase L and uppercase i are similar; RUclips’s comment font should have lines on uppercase “i”s
Don't know why, it's always crash or the game or my computer, when i start with plugin loader, dont know if it's a plugin, but the only one that i use it's the nexus seamless

Argggh, Thank you so much for doing this incredible tutorial video!
TY for the guide. i know nothing about doing this stuff
Thank you for including the most important part.. which is adding in the file location in the launch options. o7 !
If launcher is in program files than put the launch directory in quotes like "..." %command% .
What do I do if I have the game downloaded and can play it, but for some reason isn't in my library?

That is quite strange, it has never done that before on my end. Honestly very strange.
it works online?
Yes it does. 👍
спасибо, чувак
How do you make a shortcut?
Right click on the exe, then select "create desktop shortcut", or simply drag the exe down onto your windows bar.
How come, 0 planet earth pve?
