    She was totally in a league of her very own! The lady had so much music in her VOICE...she was small, but had a big phenomenal VOICE.

    Sarah has quite a technical yet very emotional style of vocal delivery. Her voice had so much soul, texture and body.

    It's something about her voice in the mid/late 60s. It was SO elegant in this period.

    I had no idea she ever performed this. It's also interesting that this is from way back in the 60's, since this sounds more like her fuller, richer 70's/80's voice.

    How her interruption of this song is right on. It makes you feel the lyrics. Her ability is shown on everything she does, but the concert that validates her ability the most is THE POEMS OF POPE JOHN II.

      Sarah wasn’t able to bear kids of her own. She had one adopted daughter named Debra whom she adopted in 1960
