Live at Ronnie Scotts, 1969 From the BBC documentary “Sarah Vaughan at the BBC” Not sure why the title in the video says “July 1971” as this concert took place in October of 1969 at Ronnie Scott’s club on Frith Street in Soho, London as stated by then 18 year old British photographer Alan Messer who was in attendance at this concert. Sarah Vaughan | Full Vocal Range

The full vocal range of Sarah Lois Vaughan, one of the greatest voices in history. I decided to revise my past vocal range videos using a variety of new clips & old clips and just make one long video as opposed to separating each part by register. You know I had to do something special for Sarah’s upcoming 100th birthday! I have one more long overdue video that will be uploaded on her birthday ...

What a silly exercize, proves nothing, they were both great! 😍....but Sarah was greater😂
Of all Sarah's performances of this work, I think this is my favourite.👍👋
Wow... the greatest jazz singer of all time. Always the best and when at her best(as she is here) utterly peerless. I'm an old man and have been listening to Sarah for 65 years or more and her performances still thrill me to the core.
I have always admired how Sassy makes any song her own. Her style and control of a song is a phenomenon. Thank you for posting. DA
Performing one of her early covers, with Count. This is a precious live recording.
Thank you so much for all the new marvelous Sarah gems! Great fun in pristine quality! 😇
Amazing to think that Cleo is still with us, despite being just 3 years younger than Sarah.
love this.....Cleo & Sassy
Hope you enjoyed the spam of Sassie content I’ll be back in another 4 months 😅 jk… maybe
enjoyed very much thank you
Gorgeous ❤
I loved this collaboration. The male singer is apt to sing with Sassy.
Beautiful
Another ultra-rare soulful rendition of this gem. by the greatest voice jazz has ever known! 🔥It‘s a fact! 🤓
thank you for uploading this gem
Love it.

I love her.
She's a miracle!
SARAH WAS A GREAT JAZZ, BALLAD SINGER ! I SAW HER SING LIVE IN PERSON ONCE ! ANDY WILLIAMS HAD A HIT WITH THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER YOU !
Fantastic! If only the sound system was better, it would have been terrific. One of the best of versions.
she looks great!😊
Thing about Sassy is she knew the voice was that good. The sheer range and flexibility of that voice box was incredible. Miss Vaughn was well aware of this beautiful and would often flaunt it! There is only one Sassy Vaughn!
I wish the sounds could be improved to enjoy this classic better by Sarah.
Both are huge. Pioneers powerful women in the Jazz genre but I do have a preference for Sarah Vaughan. She exudes something magical.
Both.
サラ・ボーンかわいい。
かわいい。
She brings this song to another level completely
She makes extraordinarily beautiful singing look too easy. Incredible talent!
Perfection straight to one heart and soul! Simply wonderful!❤🇮🇹🌹
She cut through your heart and soul… Amazing!❤🇮🇹🌹✨
One of my favorite standards, so glad to have found this. Check out Sinatra and Winehouse versions also.
Her phrasing of the lyrics (of everything she sings) is so unique and exemplifies her mastery of both the lyric, the music and her voice.
My love ❤
Masterclass!
Génial❤❤❤le bon temps de la New Orléans et du jazz❤❤❤
The most exquisite, The Divine One.~
Almost unbareably beautiful
Sarah is amazing, but Ella is so touching. She takes one on her velvety wings. Oh, "'Round Midnight" by Ella is sooooooooo moving. Il love you, Ella! (Besides, Sarah sometimes uses vocal effects lacking feeling)
C3 is the lowest note on a viola.

Ella all day everyday ❤
❤
Imagine having this voice inside of you. This kind of talent. My fav version of this has always been Tony Bennett’s but this is an absolutely beautiful take.
The best version ever ok! ❤❤❤
I hope they are being taught to young vocalists
❤ "..I will look for you in all the cities, countries, worlds and galaxies until you are mine..." beautifully done Sarah..for my beloved Jay ❤
Perfection 🥂
27:16 where’s the clip from ?
@@godhand-mo7qh it’s a performance of “how high the moon” but I can’t seem to find the specific performance. It might have gotten removed from RUclips.
