Got one in the early 90s I didn't know how good it was. The chorus beats most pedals now, and the distortion once tweaked in the programming is good as well.
Sweet!!! I’ll have a look now!
Just pulled mine out after about 17 years!
Really enjoyed that guys! I spent hours in my bedroom trying to emulate Steve Vai with that pitch shifter back in the late eighties 🤣
Ha ha ha. It’s a great unit! I’m sure it would have been state of the art when it was released
That Ibanez is badass
Thsnk you! I love it!!
I had one in the 90's. It sounded great but was very limited in the combinations.
Yep! We agree!!
Have one i bought used in 93.. lived on PA aux for reverbs,, never delved too deep into it, but now its moved to studio rack,, maybe will put through the paces soon.
Hi Phil. I bought mine in ‘88. It sat under a 100watt Marshall head for many gigs. Still going with original cmos battery! Patches saved from 1990!!!!
I got one a few months ago from my neighbor. He picked it up for his DJ rig but found it useless for his needs. He gave it to me. I haven't messed with it so I don't know if it works. BTW, I have a 1st Generation (Witch Doctor) Rocktron Voodu Valve I use on stage with my cover band. One day, when I have the time, I'll check this beast out!
Do it! And let us know how you go! In other news, you have the coolest RUclips channel name I’ve ever seen! Kudo’s to you fine sir!
Can this be used as a pre amp straight into an interface for recording? My dad just gave me his haha
Hi Shaun. It was made a long time before amp modelling, so it falls a bit short if you use it to record direct.
Do you need a controller to use this?
I’ll ask Rod! But I think I remember him saying you can plug a foot switch in to turn it on and off!!
@@thepedalpicassos Thank you!! 🙏🙏
*Turns Iridium off* .... yea not em... not quite no...
